Bonmarché, one of the UK's largest women's value retailers announces that it was informed on 31 July 2017 that on 28 July 2017, Helen Connolly, Chief Executive Officer, exercised two share awards over Ordinary Shares of 1.0 pence each as outlined below.

On 28 July 2017, Mrs Connolly sold 23,185 shares at a price of 92.55 pence per Ordinary Share of 1.0 pence each to fund the tax liability due as a result of the exercised share awards. Following this transaction, Mrs Connolly has an interest in a total of 26,042 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
