Bonmarché, one of the UK's largest women's value retailers announces that it was informed on 9 August 2017 that on 7 August 2017, Stephen Alldridge, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 1,697 ordinary shares of 1.0 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.2 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Alldridge has an interest in a total of 508,910 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
