Result of General Meeting,

Members' Voluntary Liquidation

and

Resignation of Directors

Bond is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held today at 12:00pm all resolutions set out in the notice of the meeting were duly passed.

Accordingly, Ian Robert and Brian Baker of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP have been appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding the Company up by way of a members' voluntary liquidation.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM was suspended from 07:30 a.m. today and cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's shares on AIM will take effect at 07:00 on 8 December 2016.

Following the conclusion of the General Meeting and the appointment of the Joint Liquidators Martin Baldwin and Richard Hall both resigned as Non Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Steve Russell has resigned as Group Chief Executive with effect from 5 December 2016 but will remain as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
