11/10/2015 21:09 | Bid next week my guess 160p? They've been in offer talks a while now | dlku
10/10/2015 15:52 | Steg,Their selling I believe must b them wanting to send a signal to somebody - maybe the BOD ? it's such a piddly amount ! Is it also done with the intention to inform everybody with the rns being issued ?I speculate - have they made an offer to the BOD which has been knocked back ?Is this a way to warn the BOD as to what the share price will do if no takeover ? | apatel21
07/10/2015 09:41 | 10000 bought | dlku
07/10/2015 09:27 | 4801 bought at full 104p Interesting | dlku
06/10/2015 23:54 | Steg - I suspect that there is something of a liquidity problem and those are the the quantities that could be sold without seriously denting the price. A large sale would require the participation of a buyer in quantity. The question remains, why are they selling at all? Are they losing interest - or could it be part of a strategy to lower the share price gently to establish a lower base price prior to an offer being made? After a few weeks and with the share price lowered to ~90p, an offer at 120p = a premium of 33% would then look generous! | boadicea
06/10/2015 21:45 | Why are the largest holders selling a thousand quids worth of shares? And 2500 the other day. What's the point? | stegrego
06/10/2015 20:56 | heading to 70 on chart | dlku
06/10/2015 14:32 | I have taken profits today and exited. Mainly due to performance of other investments and a need to preserve capital, and also as I did not like the price action. Good luck to other investors PJ | pj 1
28/9/2015 20:54 | the adjusted profit after tax was GBP1,255,000 (2014: GBP1,433,000) profits fell. | dlku
28/9/2015 14:36 | Might be interesting when it gets slammed down to 90 chart is saying 90p to me | onjohn
28/9/2015 10:51 | Disappointed by the narrative and lack of positiveness. A take over in the best interest imo, although I have never met the Management here face to face to help guage the comments 9or not as the case may be :-// ) | pj 1
28/9/2015 10:11 | Results are respectable but unexciiting. I cannot argue with the initial market reaction, modestly down, given that the share price contains some forward expectation that may not materialise. | boadicea
28/9/2015 08:13 | Indeed indeed only made 90k more profit, one extra staff member and it would have been nil Is price down? | dlku
28/9/2015 07:07 | Lacklustre set of results chart saying no bid and when they confirm they could get knocked down to 100p on that chart | onjohn
24/9/2015 20:45 | Cheers, it must have been updated since the 16th. | cockerhoop
24/9/2015 20:25 | Interim Results are forecast to be released 28 September according to the company financial calendar. | eeza
16/9/2015 13:47 | Interim Results were forecast to be released today according to the company financial calendar. | cockerhoop
15/9/2015 16:45 | dlku - that link you posted isn't Cenkos shorting. Its the opposite - it shows that a trade of 800 shares was done by Cenkos at nearer the offer price. So its a purchase by someone (and a sale by Cenkos to that person as a result). The shares were c100p before the strategic review, so unless the business has dramatically reversed I can't see it falling back to 80p. It would look ludicrously cheap at that level (assuming they are trading ok). Interims will be out this month. | geraldton1
14/9/2015 17:09 | if the bid fails expect to see this drop to 80p cenkos shorting | dlku
05/8/2015 12:34 | Belated thanks, Weatherman. BDI was so quiet that I completely ignored this BB. | johnv
23/7/2015 16:21 | All gone a bit quiet here. From the prelims in March: "The prospects for the group look better than they have done for several years and now is an appropriate time to consider the options available for the future structure of the Group. We look forward to a successful year in 2015 and will update the market on the options available to the Company in due course" | aishah
23/7/2015 15:22 | It is do with corporate action - they must announce who is buying and selling... | weatherman
23/7/2015 14:54 | Can anyone explain to me what all these Form 8.3 or 8.5 are which clogging up the news section. Why so many for BDI. | johnv |
