WINS is the only market maker and when the price was £2+ the spread was 35p. Now the price is circa 75p the Market Maker spread is the same. Obviously, other orders can narrow the spread

huge spread ... somewhat unsurprising given circumstances.

Can anyone tell me whether this is abnormally wide today or is c. 50% the norm at present?

Thanks,

Despite everything, I'd say at this level if you haven't sold it's best wait and see. I had been offloading my US holdings around $5 after the q4 results but still have around a quarter.

Cash and their chng holding alone pretty much make up the market cap.

Someone asked about the lawsuit earlier.

This is the current situation.

Lawyers are waiting on judge to appoint lead plaintiff. (I have applied to be lead plaintiff as well.)

With or without delisting, the main issue is Bodisens insurance policy for this issue, which has not been revealed so far.

Otherwise UK holdings do not seem to be part of the class.

If the company are not covered by the insurance then the lawyers may go after assets or ask for issuance of equity.

This is what I wrote when reviewing the 2006 interims last Aug.

"Beware Vendor financing. Beware Cash generation is poor. Quite aggressive revenue recognition".
