Further to the Company's announcement on 28 April 2017 confirming the revised date of the Company's General Meeting ("GM"), the Company is pleased to announce that a circular including Notice of GM, and a form of proxy, has been posted to shareholders today.

A copy of the circular will be available on the Company's website at www.bnntechnology.com

As noted in the announcement on 28 April 2017, the GM will be held on Monday 22 May 2017 at 3.00pm at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.
