Agree Snowyflake, however although irritating I'd be surprised if comments such as those made by topazfrenzy really have that much influence on the share price. Can't see the major institutional shareholders selling up in response somehow.

Its getting a bit worrying after they said on DEC 12th. Multiple prestigious agreements to be announced before the end of 2016 mmmmm. Its now FEB 14th 2017 if im not wrong !. Just saying.

topazfrenzy - you have admitted that you have no stock in BNN. Therefore unless you have an agenda to frighten investors to sell and thus get the share price down in order to buy shares more cheaply, do not interfere and let us investors get on with it. In other words, as politely as I can put it,bog off.

The 3 year contract is stated clearly in an RNS they released when they came to the agreement with the Xinhua agency, when BNN was still DJI. 1 year has already expired just about.

The authorities took the Lottery away so what's to stop them not renewing the contract.

Yes very likely .Besides XNA would be very hard pushed to find a replacement with proven robustness of BNNs platform....unless of course if Alipay tries to muscle in. But that too looks unlikely as the Government has strong affinity with XNA and would not entertain the idea of a big commercial company like Alipay enter the Xinhua province or take control of its mouthpiece specially in the payment space.

Utter dribble as usual topaz...this will happen when they are ready!!! & not before... get the big contracts in place & as we all know these take time & sometimes longer than the board expect!!! When this is complete they will list!!! It's funny how we haven't heard from you topaz in a few weeks as the shard price moved up! Only when we have 2 days when it moves a few points down...you comment! Sums you up really!!! Know substance to any comment you make! Total idiot...

Topaz, I certainly hope your not right but im not stupid enough not to believe you could be. As I have always said I have seen a few of these shares go from this point to 20p no problem . I am amazed now like one or two others about lack of news . I am also not daft enough to believe that everything always comes to he who waits ? . Like I said he who waits sometimes ends up with 20p a share after buying at £1 or higher. Come on BNN if you have anything good to say lets hear it and get this share moving and prove some doubters like me wrong and I,ll be very happy.

The foundations of this company are built on sand, it's just a stupid app with a 3 year contract, with only 2 years remaining or something like that, a minimum payment guarantee to the news agency no matter how it fares, which I'm sure is terrible so far.

I've warned before here, amazing that after all the warnings, i.e. NO NASDAQ LISTING coming as you would have had news by then, you still plod on in hope!

This is a screaming 'get me outta here' share IMO

a few points to consider, ssc85

-The last update was on 8th December, which was a comprehensive update, followed by the welcome Barcelona news a few days later. So we are looking at just over 2 months since the last news. Many companies only release updates at interims and full year, but I accept in a fast moving situation like BNN, it is reasonable to expect more and indeed that they have done. I'm sure they will update when they think it is appropriate to do so.

-I certainly hope they don't release figures on a monthly basis, not a good idea, hostage to fortune and all that.

-the company cannot be held liable for 'next week for sure' type posts from BB posters.

-I would suggest everyone does their own DD and dyor if they have any concerns as to nasdaq/next update etc.

Fwiw, I have done that and I am satisfied with the answers, namely that the Nasdaq process is going fine and everything there going as expected , that they are working on further initiatives and that they hope to update the market in the not too distant future. I would take that to mean we will hear more in February or March.
All good things come to those that wait!

Like everyone else the sooner the share price goes up the better from my point of view but we'll get news when they are ready. I'm confident everything will look very positive by Easter

I am by no means a non believer in the potential of this company, but how long do we accept silence before asking questions of the board for lack of communications? I constantly read 'this is going to be amazing', 'I've heard good news is around the corner', 'MW says this is all going brilliantly behind the scenes'... The truth is we've had no meaningful RNS since early Dec and once you set a trend of releasing monthly figures you should keep on doing so, or at least provide some update on nasdaq listing progress etc.

There have been so many false 'next week for sure, stay calm guys' posts over the last two months. Many of you said 'probably nothing till CNY', then 'definitely will be news after CNY'... still nothing. How long until YOU start to question the lack of info? 1/3/6/12 months?

They are known as late trades but imo are trades that have been filled during the day. I suspect the ones that you are referring to were buy trades. Some of us have noticed that the share price has appeared to have been kept within a tight range these past few days. This is just my opinion; I am not a broker.

I've been on a hopeful long for sometime, you guys sound like you know what your on about, I'm a Lehman investor who got caught up in all this sometime back, reading all articles in the public domaine BNN appears a no brainer to me
