An RNS is always preceded by a 1 share trade with this share. Always. However, an RNS doesn't always follow a 1 share trade, I don't think. A lot of people say, it's nonsense, but the evidence is right there.

I wouldnt be surprised if we get some news next week,specially on trading and new ventures. It is overdue I feel after their indication that they would report something before the year end. Nasdaq listing is a separate issue and will be reported as and when they have something to report.

In the meantime we can bask in the knowledge that gross sales are running at £120m/month and accelerating. Based on the chart here,they appear to be heading for £140m for December and probably much higher thereafter.



Assuming that the individuals top up their mobiles on average by £20,the £120m sales represent only 6m customers out of perhaps 300m (a guess) within the 12 provinces!

Seriously I am not concerned as we are only a few days into the new year and yes this is a complex process but I'm confident in the team at BNN,Just look at their achievements so far in a very short time frame.

If we haven't had an update by the end of Jan then I also will be concerned but at this point patience is recommended and as Clive Dunn said in Dads Arny "don't panic"

Tbrock2Look through the companies listed on AIM and then listed on NASDAQ - how many listed within 6 weeks? The answer - none. This is a complex business with major new revenue streams - all is on track for a major listing and it will happen soon. Yes, there will be an update soon.

Everyone's expectations are high. It's ok to be nervous, but being a person with absolutely no inside knowledge or contacts I am relying on public information and this board. Hence, slight disappointment we don't know more. But understand complexities too. Midas, never mind Newbie, can I join your yoga class? My view is that we should expect an RNS in January. But let's not panic quite yet that there has been no RNS in the 1st week back. GLA

I think it is fair for a PI to be concerned when it was stated formal process for Nas listing began 28/10/16 and then a cursory bit of research reveals that this generally takes 4-6 weeks across the board and it is now into January. I understand you wouldn't be doing it over Christmas etc. but bear in mind it was said DJI was going to go for Nasdaq in October 2015! Alarm bells. I am not a de-ramper, just concerned.

It's a little late for me thinking this share is not for me as I have held the stock more than 6 months and have topped up 4 times now when the stock dipped .

This is my opinion only , I have read through what was said 5 times now and " again " a very careful worded note that is " yet " another holding position .
For me ! I was hoping for some very strong announcements in early to mid January which would really get things moving on this stock .

I don't think I was the only one ?

I very much respect your posts on here and remain at a hold for now .

No meat on the bone from the CEO here very disappointed to have such a smoke & mirrors statement .

Did not expect that and not sure why they are not willing to do their own road show along with others considering BNN are very well positioned in a very difficult market to enter into .

This ( IMO ) is a negative response to you Ayesha !!

There are a number of variables to consider in addition to the application process that impact timing, matters that advisers have been talking to the company about, such as certain windows that are not good times to list (e.g companies invariably don't list the last 2 weeks of December or avoid doing an IPO at a time when companies in a similar sector are scheduled to do their IPO), or the best time to do the investor roadshow. Of course the aim is to time the IPO to maximise impact in the market and they will be launching with that aim.

I can't put an exact date on it at this time, but it's progressing well and, with the all the points being considered above with various advisers, they are aiming to get it out there as soon as the process allows.

They will look to update the market as soon as they can, though please be aware the SEC do not allow them to to give a running commentary on how the application process is progressing as they have filed confidentially. As such that's why they can't provide RNS updates on the progress (though I can assure it you it's running as well as they could have hoped). As soon as they can, they will update the market formally.

Fafar48 continue to be strong, if this takes a few more weeks than expected don't worry as I feel that the rewards could well be greater than you or any of us could have ever imagined !

I personally believe that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and all our and the team at BNN's patience and perseverance will be rewarded in the not to distance future.

ayeshad4, thank you for 1315 post. I don't know how I can survive of BNN twist and turn and of the share price rolling coast. I thought with out a few posters' positive and informative posts, I would sold BNN long ago. I have been hold BNN and add some if I can due to your positive posts.
