BNN Technology plc ("BNN" or the "Company"), a Chinese technology, content and services company, announces that, further to the disclosure in Note 8 of the 2015 Annual Report & Accounts, it has cancelled the 2,321,300 ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that were returned to the Company by the sellers of Woying,

Total Voting Rights

Following the cancellation, BNN will have 205,272,707 Ordinary Shares in issue. BNN holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure, therefore, of 205,272,707 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of BNN under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

I see that the time scale on the LSE.BNN chart is way off but I don't suppose it matters too much. Perhaps Someuwin will correct it in due course while carrying on the excellent work.

I wasnt there. They are just trying frantically to get all ducks lined up in a row. US sponsor is sorted. The deals rely on passing testing to bring major players on board and testing has gone v well. 12 provinces will be reached by end of year. Roadshows planned for the US Listing which should happen turn of year.

Aysha4 ; I agree you have been very positive all the way through .
" BUT "
We have just seen a good quick jump in price but only on 350,000 shares being traded and the huge split this morning was obviously to put off buyers for a while which was interesting .
If we see some bigger buys trying to come in again the shares could jump up to 1.75 easily by end of the week .
What do you think is happening behind the scenes this week ?
