Patience l would say at this point! IMHO we will have runs of days when the share drifts like the last few days & we will have the opposite when we see steady rises!!! Just the mm's playing with the system... as said previously hopefully there will be news within the next couple of weeks leading up to the listing.. sit tight...GL

Low volume last 2 trading days. Sellers mostly gone. All now holding awaiting further updates. IMO, we should hear further updates within next 2/3 weeks. Until then, it's a waiting game.

Newman ; I agree with your thoughts here that the 10% share would sit on the balance sheet and would increase market cap by quite a large figure !

Agree on clarity, but depends upon whether Xinhautong pays a dividend as to whether BNN can derive an annual revenue stream. Anyway, the 10% share would sit on BNN balance sheet at level of xinhautong market cap, hence would naturally increase market cap of BNN.

not sure! Maybe worth asking the CFO for clarity... but BNN acquired 10% stake in Xinhuatong so you would expect we will receive some sort of profit share, as you have suggested FaFa48....

One bit of info which I gleaned from my conversation with the CFO is that their business model is based on commission per use basis. The commission rate can vary anywhere between 0.1% to 1% .

BNN has 10% interest in Xinhuatong. Can we expect that BNN share Xinhuatong's 10% profit add to us? Or it wont add to us, but the estimation of finance situation would be add 10% of Xinhuatong profit. I may think wrong.

Very good piece...DM has spent 10 years in & out of China & has built very good relationships within government & the private sector & is very well respected...I'm sure there are new contracts on there way... as l have said previously, it's just a matter of timing now, as the Nas listing creeps closer... this will fly soon...GLA

and11 - ayesha4 - I am staying in a B&B for few days break and to see close family members. As it happens the husband of the couple who own the B & B has spent a great deal of time in China and understands how China operates and the mentality of those with whom he has done business.

It is a very different business world compared to the business world that we know in the west and one has to do things in the way of the Chinese. A great deal of patience is involved and one has to follow the ways of the Chinese. He told me that if one approaches a deal using Western standards and principles one will fail and have to give up.

I did not name BNN by name but did ask him to confirm my understanding of something that DM told me at the general meeting which is that the company's best asset is relationships. Our host confirmed that relationships are the fundamental basis of doing business in China and that completion of an understanding takes time and patience.

The consequence of that is that I understand why it is taking time to complete to announcement level deals (as we understand them) that have long been rumoured.

DM needs congratulations for getting BNN to the point where it is and it should be understood by shareholders why we are taking on a Chinese look. Accordingly the new website does not deserve criticism because it can only be looked at from the perspective of Chinese people

On the hand I do hope that one or more of the rumoured deals is capable of announcement and that the detail can be revealed soon!!

Alibaba yesterday saw singles day sales exceeding previous years sales by 32% (18billion dollars) with 82% of the sales via mobile phones.. This is very good news for BNN's new strategy & direction... hopefully we will see how BNN revenues are performing in this new market....& news of sponsor for Nas listing, new chairman, new agreements & finally a break in the lottery suspension... lots to got this stock moving again as we move closer the listing.... patience is the game here... GLA

Well said new man. Concerns are understandable to a degree given the big shake this week but the company's position hasn't changed except that we are a week nearer to NASDAQ listing. That is what they need to get right and what the Board are rightly concentrating on. Get it right and its at least £2.50 for starters.

Don't worry about the look of the website! BNN are a technology company, not a creative design agency! This is a corporate website, not a consumer website. Hence no bells and whistles!! Good weekend all.

And11 ; I enjoy your positive comments each time ' But ' IMO the web site is amateurish to say the least ...
I have continued to support this share and bought more stock as it was slipping in price .

But I am not happy with the announcements or lack of them and would of expected something this week with a big shareholder moving out a very large holding with perhaps still more to off load ?

I love the story and potential of the story but have some concerns on the amateur ways this company is being represented .

Sorry for the negative remarks before the weekend but at least I waited until the market closed .
