J777J - It's not who holds that you should worry about, it's who is about to hold (equity placement). Robert Keith I'm sure wants to protect his 3.75p purchase.

kemche - I haven't gone short anywhere for some time, but surely this is a no brainer around 20p?

Is it covered anywhere?

Dusseldorf's theory is flawed.

It takes no account of the % held by insiders and instis. They are in complete control.

It does not price in the fact that any money raised could be at a significant premium to current prices.

It could be 20p 30p etc.

Dusseldorf, It is as plain as the nose on anyone's faces that this RNS reeks of a precursor to the begging bowl yet again. The caveats contained therein are wide enough to drive a coach through.

J777J - I hated Lala Land - 2 hrs I'll never get back. Put simply, the original business model failed - let's not forget susequent equity issues. The company now is slowly trying something else but their target, enterprise companies do not move quickly - the indication that discussions on todays RNS have taken a year to date should show you that.

Slow corporate clients pushes any chance of profitability deep into the horizon and as such the company needs more cash in order to survive let alone achieve break-even/profitability.

Todays price action is spin, an 'active' investor with his own agenda and an illiquid stock and a dire need to raise cash via equity placement. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose or have tied up for several years.

Shares in Blur Group rocketed on Tuesday morning as the spend management platform announced it has entered into final talks with an electronics company for a potential multi-million-dollar roll out programme across three regions.

I was once informed by a shrewd investor here that a consortium of google/ibm/microsoft/amazon would bid for this.

leedskier - I personally won't invest in BLUR until financing is completed (at least £5m required IMO) and there is some visibility on booked revenues and cash burn closer to £100-150k/quarter or below. A market cap of £7m (a somewhat arbitrary no.) depends on many factors, but I'd expect an annual turnover closer to £3-4m (note £ not $) and cash burn at £250k/quarter or below - this factors in some value for it being scale-able and tech. I just can't see this happening in the near future (18months) hence why I'm avoiding.

If you include the dilution impact of equity based finance into your calcs, you'll see £7m post finance is much lower than today's price.

Dusseldorf,so you are not a shareholder, but merely see fit to post everyday on something you don't own.

Hmmm that makes a lot of sense.Life is very short and wasting time is a futile use of it.
