14/10/2013 10:29 | Quote from the results and confirmed at the AGM: "Despite the increase in debtor days, the cash receipts in the first quarter after the reporting period is RMB34.5 million compare to same period in previous year of RMB19.7 million. The Company has requested that banking clients change their payment policies by paying us in installments instead of paying only when the project is finished as before." Agreement has been reached with their banking clients. | bill182
14/10/2013 10:23 | Masurenguy - you don't change do you. I participated in the AGM which is how I know it was confirmed. You would do well to read the results properly before making comments. | bill182
14/10/2013 10:16 | "the game changer here is the changing of the payment terms from the banks and the improving debtors situation which were stated in the results and confirmed at the AGM." It does not state that in the results. What the results actually stated was "The Company has requested that banking clients change their payment policies by paying us in installments instead of paying only when the project is finished as before. Working capital management continues to be a challenge and this is an area where management are looking at ways in which improvements - specifically in collection of receivables can be made." Can you also please quote the statement in the AGM which confirms that the banks have agreed to implement this request? | masurenguy
14/10/2013 10:10 | morning guys - hope you are well also. As I have mentioned previously, the game changer here is the changing of the payment terms from the banks and the improving debtors situation which were stated in the results and confirmed at the AGM. | bill182
14/10/2013 10:01 | L2 is 4 v 1 - Very tight indeed and hardly any available - low valuation due to it being a Chinese stock - | tomboyb

14/10/2013 09:39 | Aye, Bill, and good to see a few buys this morning. MMs have widened the spread to stop people trading. | bene449
14/10/2013 08:53 | Looks like a few people have been doing some research here and like what they see. Roll on the results next month which should show a significant improvement over last year. | bill182

11/10/2013 12:52 | At last, some interest in the share. 3 trades this morning, and the buy price moves up. | bene449
04/10/2013 08:32 | The offer price remains at 4.00p, but the bid is up to 3.35p now. This could rise sharply on the next RNS release. | bill182
02/10/2013 10:04 | bene449 - welcome to the world of BSST. I don't think you will be disappointed. Watch out for the Interims in November.....I am anticipating a big improvement over last year. Good luck. | bill182
02/10/2013 09:55 | Just got introduced to this share. Seems the mcap has a long way to go to equal the net asset value. There aren't many shares in issue which I like, and most people haven't heard of it. One to buy and hold? | bene449
30/9/2013 08:12 | I see the share was marked up on Friday afternoon following the purchase at full ask. Can't buy any on-line at the moment, unless it is by negotiated trade. Are we going to see a bit of a correction following the positive developments on the debtors situation! | bill182
16/9/2013 11:44 | Feedback from the AGM is positive in my view. The trade receivables are improving, in that they are approximately £2m less than they were. Of equal importance, is the improvement of the payment terms from their main customers. This has been mentioned as 'work in progress' in the previous annual report and will have a positive impact on the cash flow going forward. With a current market cap. of only £1.82m, the current share price represents a significant discount to the net assets. | bill182
05/9/2013 14:48 | The company has announced the AGM date - 16 September 2013. They are offering a dial in facility which I intend joining. Looking at previous RNS releases, we may see a contract win announcement before then or possible a forward statement on the day. | bill182
21/8/2013 11:16 | well....we now know who the buyer of the 3.25m shares is...but who is the seller. See RNS today for the details. | bill182
19/8/2013 13:51 | Interesting....the MM's give the impression they do not want your shares - currently negotiated trade, but I have a buy order in at the mid-price and they are not filling it. They could well be short of stock. The next few weeks could prove interesting, especially if they announce a significant contract win on the back of improving trading conditions. | bill182
16/8/2013 16:21 | Two good buys yesterday for 6.5 million shares. Would expect to see a disclosure next week as the figure represents nearly 10% of the shares in issue. Could well be the catalyst for a recovery in the share price. | bill182
07/8/2013 13:15 | Well...the results were published as stated but failed to live up to expectation, in that the debtors figure did not improve as expected. On a positive note, the company is making profit and in the first quarter of the current year received payment of circa £3.45m which was a significant improvement over the previous year. With net assets of circa £29m versus a market cap today of £1.73m, there is scope for a significant improvement in the share price. Whilst it is still a high risk share, the fact that the directors have purchased shares at much higher prices gives me a degree of confidence that the business will improve in the short to medium term. I have added further today as I think the bottom has been reached and the share price should start to improve as further contract wins are announced. | bill182 |
