That Directors talk interview is interesting. Clearly there is a possibility BLU could be used for a reverse takeover of Satochipay. This starts to give Some understanding as to why FFWD has become involved with BLU. I think the next few months could get quite interesting.

Looking ever more interesting....Satoshipay could be very good investment. I like the Axel Springer and Visa tie ups along with Jim Mellon investing too.

This share has come on the radar as a result of today's RNS. It has increased its stake in Satochipay and issued shares to FFWDto pay for it. FFWD is an investor in new technology startups with some very impressive backers. The fact that FFWD is happy to take BLU shares and become a major shareholder is a big vote of confidence in BLU.
I have become a shareholder today in BLU and have been in FFWD for sometime just to put my cards on the table as I start this new thread.

Final results released months early - unusual

Net asset value per share at 30 September 2016 of 0.35p (2014: 0.40p)
Cash Position at 30 September 2016 of £51,184 (2014: £27,473)

Why mention 2014 figures instead of 2015?

They received £200k cash in May 2016 and already the cash balance at 30 Sep 2016 is only £51k.

No gain for exisiting shareholders.
