Redemption of Convertible Loan Notes

Blenheim Natural Resources Plc (the "Company" or "Blenheim") announces the full repayment of outstanding Convertible Loan Notes of GBP275,000 which were redeemable on 15 April 2017.

Blenheim's Chairman, Chris Ells, commented: "The repayment of the Convertible Loan Notes, originally subscribed for in March and September 2013, now frees the Company's balance sheet of all debt"
