The Company was notified on 4 October 2016 that Hanover Investors sold 209,728 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 225p per Ordinary Share on 3 October 2016.

Following this sale, Hanover Investors is no longer interested in the Ordinary Shares of the Company. Matthew Peacock, non-executive Chairman, had an indirect beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares through his association with Hanover Investors Management LLP and its connected parties.
