Transaction in own shares

Tiso Blackstar announces that on 5 November 2015 it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.76 each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of R9.90 (GBP0.47) per share. The purchased Shares are expected to be held in treasury in accordance with applicable law.

The Company has a total of 268,291,260 shares in issue and, following the above purchase, excluding the treasury shares the issued share capital of the Company will be 268,184,397. The number of Shares purchased represents 0.002% of the total shares in issue.

A total of 106,863 treasury shares are now held by the Company.
