04/8/2007 18:29 | i am now completly out of these fro several reasons 1/- company has altered strategy since its floatation 2/- earlier this year i tried 5 times to contact company without my calls being returned 3/- a couple of incidents where things havent gone to plan such as a return of their original iinvestment on one development after 14 months 4/- chang in reporting of nav. yes developers may be trying to push up property prices but the secondary market is zip it is not real and with huge suppy 5/- marketing costs and commission to agents are monstrous imho with is one of the worst real estate funds on aim i almost forgot no director buying and small director holdings | bisiboy | |
