i am now completly out of these fro several reasons
1/- company has altered strategy since its floatation
2/- earlier this year i tried 5 times to contact company without my calls being returned
3/- a couple of incidents where things havent gone to plan such as a return of
their original iinvestment on one development after 14 months
4/- chang in reporting of nav.

yes developers may be trying to push up property prices but the secondary market is zip it is not real and with huge suppy

5/- marketing costs and commission to agents are monstrous

imho with is one of the worst real estate funds on aim

i almost forgot no director buying and small director holdings

This has to be a stonking buy!

Big discount to NAV and this just out on a piece of Daniel Stewart research.

"Residential Property prices continue to rise
The National Statistics office has just released the second quarter 2007 statistics on Residential Property Prices in Bulgaria.
These show 5.4% growth on the quarter after 9.3% growth in Q1 to take the YoY growth to 27%."

Some large transactions over the last couple of days, 400000 on Wed 25th and 500000 today. Both were at the mid price, I think they were buys.

Anybody else got any opinions on this.

i think there is something afoot here
my thinking is a possible winding up of the fund looking at people who have been declaring a stake!!!

bought back in today with IG but the trade not gone through which is weird... 50,000 shares... held these from higher levels and sold out around 24p as they were not doing much.. the heavy fund buying is a very good sign to me...
