Apparently there will be an RNS released this week with an update. A college of mine contacted BMZ asking a few questions and the response he got was this and I quote :

Thank you for your enquiry, the Company is looking to provide an update to the market later this week which should address your queries. Perhaps we can follow up after this release.

I remember watching this stock one day soar on the price of silver spiking. It does react so any more gains I would imagine would filter through here. No rush - patience is something you need to have sometimes.

By the time we start selling silver the price of silver will have soared. This is going to be perfect timing for production and with the silver price about to go BOOM you wouldnt have wanted them producing 3 months ago. I think this is great timing to co-incide with the rising POS

Well, I guess you can read the last RNS if you want the positive spin but there is no doubting that the delays are unacceptable. Hopefully if the company has something positive to announce soon this will move up rapidly. Around now would be a good time too with the price of silver going up.

I think the fact remains that the market cap is tiny. How many near term producers have such a low valuation? Not sure there can be many.

Look at silver go now. Those small sellers today will look pretty stupid soon when silver smashes $30 short term and BMZ hits 10p+ at least IMO.

But LM claims the reason not to get involved at BMZ is PL. He was at the helm at 10p when LM bought and that was his share of 2013 apparently. Its now 5p and the delays have passed and production nears. Its now 5p to buy. I know when I would be buying, and its now and not then!

TopsIn all fairness to LM, like many early investors here have changed views due to dissappointment with management failing to deliver promises here. If management can deliver soon then many will be singing praises again soon.

If BMZ sack Peter Landau tomorrow it will jump 100% imo. That man is one big drag on that company.
Just look at his record in COOL and RRL.

Black Mountain Resources has announced its update for the quarter ending June 30 2013.

The period saw the company make significant progress, most notably at its New Departure project in Montana where it recovered high grade samples which corroborated with the high grade historic resource at the site. In addition development work at the project made good progress, and puts the company in position to achieve first production in due course following the results of the metallurgical test work. The period also saw the company upgrade the Lakeview Mill, near its Conjecture project in Idaho, which will enable the mill to process c.300 tonnes of ore per day. Finally the company also announced the receipt of a A$3m debt financing facility for exploration and development, with the potential for a further A$2m of funding availability.

Today's report helps to outline the positive progress that BMZ has made during the quarter, and we maintain our Buy recommendation and 17p target price.

OOOps looks like LM has been caught out here after a bad experience at BMZ, but look at what he bought at August 2013 lol. Now wasnt Peter Landau involved then, oh yes he was, yet LM was buying it then and ramping it then but now he says avoid lol. What when the share price is more than 50% cheaper than you bought. What a Muppet.

At 10p BMZ has a market cap of just 8.63m GBP...:)

Personally I think for a producing silver company, which we will hopefully be proven to be soon, that market cap is too low and BMZ should be capped in the range of 15m to 20m GBP (17.3p to 23.2p)
