Yeah. Good luck. Personally I believe markets to be more event driven.e.g. geo-political, and trumps income/spending mismatch. And attack on healthcare. So I am more likely a seller at this level whatever charts may indicate...

This stuff works for me and I'm not leveraged. I use TA on all assets to establish entries targets and exits. We've been stuck at this 740-760 resistance for some months(which coincidentally is the 61.8% retracement of the July 2015 - Jun 2016 correction therefore its likely others also apply TA to this fund). If we can clear sellers from this level and break above this resistance (which we're currently trying to do) it should become a good level of support in the future and an area I will use to add to my current position with a medium term target of 970-1000p. Each to their own ;-)

If you really believe that stuff you will go leveraged long I guess. But personally I can not see how a chart can predict a fund like this!

If we can breakout and establish ourselves above 765p we have a technical inverse head and shoulder medium term target of circa 980-1000p

Now it's 10% discount to nav. Biog should now be buying their own shares back, let's see.....

Still a bit of a discount actually esp with the continuing US biotech rallies, for the moment anyway.

Any ideas as to why the share is now trading around its NAV. For the last few years the share has been trading at a discount to its NAV of about 5% ?

So with Brexit and US Elections done and dusted, maybe a few months of mergers, acquisitions and cancer treatment successes can see this move quickly up to £8 especially now no government meddling in price structures. A great day!

> Earthmanian 21 Jan'16 - 13:51 - 257 of 259 0 0 > > No death crosses here Jimbo I count three on the chart I posted a link to: 1. 50 Day EMA breach of 100 day EMA: September 2015 2. 50 Day EMA breach of 200 day EMA: October 2015 3. 100 Day EMA breach of 200 day EMA: Late October 2015 Personally, (2) would have had me out of here at just shy of £7.50 per share if I'd held. Would recommend taking a look at death crosses on Gold in 2013. Personally I think these signals are a great trend change risk management tool that can get you out of the way of the worst of a long bear phase, but each to their own...
