26/11/2022 08:41 | We now have question one assigned: 1. Adam, how many weeks away are we from BEN RNSing a cash raise?2. | mr gf duck
26/11/2022 08:03 | GFDuck. I also 100% expect a cash raise in the next couple of weeks. The US II who fronted the $12m two placings are now conversion underwater at 28p and 40p so will not be best pleased. Unsecured debt only getting interest rates from pre Ukraine War and inflation. Any cash raise will be at a major discount to todays price and BEN must be running out of cash by now. They have burned $45m already combined equity and debt and they are still hugely loss making. Anybody who thinks there is anything innocent about that RNS needs their head examining. Seagreen? | purchaseatthetop
26/11/2022 07:57 | > Read the RNS you t watThank you for the compliment Mr Henry. I revisited the RNS to ascertain whether I was due such an esteemed compliment. > This appointment is part of the Company's strategy to increase its institutional profile with investors.I don t think I missed the crux of the announcement. The above statement along with an appointment of a joint broker will in short order lead to a cash raise. Perchance, what does your esteemed wisdom bring to the table on this matter - aside from the compliments? | mr gf duck
26/11/2022 07:48 | Ohojiim. I will wait till Monday 7am. If there are accounts to analyse there will be many questions and, yes, I will post them here. If there are no accounts then it is not even worth listening into the waste of time let alone sending questions. Let’s see. | purchaseatthetop
26/11/2022 07:38 | Well, are you coming on board and joining the live webinar Purch? One must submit name and email address to register but the hosts will review and may or may not grant access as per their T&Cs. They are accepting questions prior to airing which may or may not be covered. This will be carefully controlled but gives you the perfect platform to put your list of questions out there Purch. Will they cover any? Why not post them here and submit prior to Mondays event. If they fail to cover or address the matters then you can safely assume the operations are hiding from truths. Let’s see how much of a live Q&A they really accommodate. | ohojiim
26/11/2022 06:04 | Happy to see that there is a webinar coming up. 28/11/22. Provided by Roast RP Limited. Incorporated 18/5/21 Soon to be in vision as Roast TV Productions Limited was incorporated July 22. Does this mean accounts will appear Monday morning? Hope so. Otherwise this is the most ridiculous webinar in AIM history and that ain’t a competition you want to win. | purchaseatthetop

25/11/2022 13:13 | Probably a few off-shore Companies hidden in there too...No reason to set up such a complicated structure other than to deceive... | ianio5691
25/11/2022 13:00 | MBU Capital Limited wasn’t owned 100% by Mohammed Iqbal | whowantstoknow

24/11/2022 17:04 | So where did your whisper come from Seagreen? Or are you making it up as usual. This board is about BEN. If you have something to say about ENET post it there. Thanks. | purchaseatthetop
24/11/2022 15:57 | ENET whisper of a placement at 5p ...could not happen to a nicer person.....time to bail out | seagreen
24/11/2022 13:18 | Interesting that MBU Capital Group Ltd adopted custom written new Articles of Association on 22/11/22. With one shareholder why would they need to change from Model Articles? Surely not necessary? Not if you read Section 32 which gives the company lien over all registered shares before any other creditor if there is a debt owed by the shareholder. Protects Iqbal from losing control. Looks like the debts are closing in! | purchaseatthetop
23/11/2022 15:11 | 14-15p is my guesstimate | tburns
23/11/2022 08:15 | Not long now until into the 10's. Wonder how big a discount for the placing? | terminator101
23/11/2022 05:33 | Whooops. Down another 7.5%. Didn’t Adam say that Met B was going to rise? As usual Adam was talking rubbish. Anybody know what is going on at Bens Creek? The LSE board say they are trucking coal again in the absence of trains. My take on this…. The new joint broker means a cash raise is on the cards. The use of trucks means far too few or no trains and hence emergency actions to generate cashflow. No point in approaching the US IIs who funded the two $6m placings as they are conversion underwater at 28p and 40p. The first repayment of half of the $6m comes up 31/12/22. Need cash for that. The first repayment of the second CLN is 28/2/23. So…$6m plus accrued interest so about $7.5m has to be found in the next couple of months or BEN is in default. Interims coming out that will finally reveal the true cost of mining per ton and the revenue per ton. Plus cash position and cash burn. Not going to be pretty. Watch out. This is going down or a huge dilution coming. | purchaseatthetop
