shows my buy as a Plus sell - different sources showing different (or no) trades, and mixing up buys and sells, in a sensitive market - it's just not good enough really

You can get a lower price only if you buy 1000 or less.

In my limited experience this usually means the MM do not have free stock. It might mean a big buy is on the way and they are collected stock for that buyer.

Tried doing a dummy sale for 5000 but was not able to get a firm price either.

It seems like a price movement is in order. + or - i'm not quite sure.

If I may butt in, I have been trying to top up with 5,000 this morning at the supposed offer price of 14.5p, but keep getting quoted 15.99p. Low quantity I know, but I have not seen this "wider than advertised" spread on previous BIO purchases. What conclusion do any of you draw from that?

Also, INVESTEC BANK (UK) LTD did not report any sales for yesterday just purchases, which is a good sign. Usually, its more sales then purchases.

The dips for the last two days will definately scare a lot of short term investors who came in last week @11p, who will take their small profit and run.

Bearing that in mind, I would expect next week to be a more accurate reflection of the true "current" value. IMHO

i think the main thing here is that no institutional holder is selling. During takeover talks, any 1% holders has to report their trades. There havent been any so it looks like PIs are bailing, and its become worse because they see the share price fall and follow the herd.

Hmm. Share price not looking clever. I have to say guys, be very careful of people like BlackPerl (whom I've never come across on other threads) who claim to have insider knowledge. I've seen it before and then they'll sell or short on the back of others buying. Not saying this is the case here...but be careful.

nice summary aquilla. PMH were spot on about BIO being a takeover target.

Its clear to see why someone wants this, paying 30p would be a bargain forn acquisitor.
