l2 depth 9 v4.volume 32900 buys v 4000 sells which has not moved.this is cruising to 30p

DAYTRADERS might take the quick profits....hence price comes down, but hopefully a lot will see the great potential of 30 - 50p takeover and stay,....hopefully.

this is not a two bit company 18 months ago they were 220p.

vlain why would anybody want to sell june they were approached when share price was 24p.october mr mill set out his intentions at 30p and he holds nearly 30% :29p.now nobody says it was the same approach there might be 2.the director of moneyweek also holds 3% and he valued them at a minimum 50p.as always dyor.

william 47 you dont sound a very nice piece of work. I'm happy with my holding. Don't spoil this board.
Cyberpost my understanding is that the two announcements, re talks and results, may indeed come out together.
Bluefishin of course I'm not trying to put off "traders". Good luck to them! I think this is a great share to recover some losses!

aquilla, Dont try to put off the day dealers. The share isn't written on only "long term investors".
Bearing in mind the recent difficult conditions of the market, everybody has a right to take opportunities as they come.
Happy to admit that, Im using this share to recover some of last days' loses.

last year final results were announced on the 15th Nov. They should be out soon..... may be delayed due to conclusions of bid talks.

I hope this thread is not about to be infested with rampers/derampers. This was a quiet thread with a thoughtful input up to this week. After being one of the top fallers yesterday and one of the top risers today I suppose it was inevitable.
Ps. What I can reassure newcomers to the thread -or those worried by recent events- is that
1)results, when they come, should be good
2)I still anticipate the deal going ahead
3)A takeover offer from NAV would have to come in at 29.5p or more
