8trader you are a plonker talks started in june with one predator then a recent as october mr mills increased his holding to the near mandatory bid level and he bought at 29p and said the bid would come at 30p.

Distinct lack of RNS commenting on "recent moves in the share price". Over the past few months, BIO has released an RNS every time there has been a move.

Not sure how to interpret a lack of RNS. Usually a move down from 22pence has preceded a sharp upward move. Optimistically, I wonder if NAV is close to making an offer. On the other hand, NAV could have looked at the books, and is walking away in horror.

3 rns holdings increases in the last week.take-over talks ongoing at 30p.no brainer very tightly held.mr mills must be close to the 30% holding.company in profit.will move very fast with low volume.

looks to me like investec have been icreasing thier holding all the time for a client and at double what the price was yesterday,its reasonable to assume they will continue and it looks like a mandatory offer could come relatively quickly now at 30p+.imho

chris mills still looking to buy up the lot isnt he ? at 30p from RNS dated 1/10/07. even if he no longer wants it all. price fall seems v overdone; he owns 27 % approx i believe.

just bought in, fall way overdone for a profit making company. looking for decent recovery tommorrow. Also bought BRM dropped over 20% today with good fundementals. Alot of shares to pick from for recovery plays over the last couple of days

A lot of people seem to have 10p as their stop loss level, which seemed reasonable when you think that the share price was above 20p only last week.

That seems to be causing a lot of AT etting triggered. Forcing them to buyback at a slightly higher price, if in fact they do buyback.

seems to be retracing some of the earlier drops...
