Life at last on this board !!

Interestingly a little bird informed me Biocare are starting to see an increase on their order book, all it takes is positive news and we could be seeing 2p in no time at all.

Keep the faith - good times are not far away....

It won't be long before we find out if BSN have a future. Looking at the some other BB's peopple seem to be more positive about the prospects than we are here ?

It seems that we are not alone in asking for a suspension in order to finalise accounts. Several other stocks issued a similar RNS today, EEL & ABH among others.

A good positive response from the financial controller :

Biocare is a young, small company developing and distributing a range of natural products at reasonable prices. We fight against huge established companies producing cheaper chemical products and as you can imagine it is extremely difficult to gain market share. However we are still alive and kicking.

Bit strange that nobody picked up on this today. Maybe some of the reasons why people should look at trading AIM stocks and not holding them.

To be fair reading the rns again it does say it has gained additional funding but i guess as 8T says it's how much the dilution will be.

They don't suspend a share for nothing.

Just read an old rns from a company who pretty much went down the same road - they suspended shares and a week later announced they were going into receivership.

It seems they do this to prepare you for the worst.

I don't hold out much hope to be honest.

All i can say from Aim experience is dont hold your breath.

And if they do what price will this fundraising be done at, will existing
shareholders see a return or will there be huge dilution well below the
current price.

Wouldn't know whether it is a good sign or not - if you read the RNS they expect the suspension to be lifted over the coming 2 - 3 weeks.

Does this mean they will be moved into private hands or will they have the funding available to be allowed to continue trading ?

Still unsettling but nothing anyone can do about it.

Just been informed by Biocare the interims should be released during September.

mm's wont assume anything collijo, they will keepo trading a stock
until it either gets taken over or goes bust, sure if the later happened
then they would be left holding some stock but that will be coppers
to all the profits they will have made over the years dealing the stock.

I agree he has acted badly here, but one day he will get his just desserts because what goes around comes around.

BSN look to be finished though and those of us with the stock are left counting the cost. It's very frustrating just sat waiting for news seeing the share price drift further towards oblivion.

things about Bsn if he is going to dump out within days.

The difference is you were not ramping this non stop on this thread

Now now boys - I have to admit i day traded this stock myself and if i could have got out i would have done.

I hovered over the sell button for an hour - if i'd have acted more decisively TD would have been holding the baby no doubt as just before i tried to sell another 100k + sell went through which could well have been his.

That's the luck of the draw i guess.

I think those that have bought have been trapped in a mini pump and dump !

2 market makers quoting 1.25-1.75p !

Cant sell even 5k online, mm quoting 10k so they have to sell you that.

Oh dear...buy 375,000 at 1.4p.

pre and TD are just day-traders, they both will have sold by now.

over the fact that you dumped this stock just days after starting
this thread and also on the day you were ramping this up in a big way.

This is how you operate and i warn all others to be aware of you because
when you start a new thread it means you are desperate to get out of a
bad stock so it's your way of a pump and dump.

Why start a new thread with plenty of cuts and pastes of how wonderful
the company is if you are going to dump at the slightest whiff of a
profit ?

That is what TD has done and that's how he operates, new thread for
more or less a pump and dump.

Note he turns up now gloating of his profits when anybody who fell
for him and pre's bullish stances is left holding the baby.

I do indeed hope you get your good news, that sale well below the bid
does not bode well.

Fear not collijo - MM's have taken 425k because they need stock for the coming days - good news expected. Ask yourself this, who would want any of this stock if the company was going bust ?

TD - I tried to sell these at a profit but someone beat me to the punch and from then on in the most i could sell was 10k. I've taken the risk and it looks like proving costly. :-(
