Just read the half year report again and Panasonic Avionics is huge. Our software will be on pretty much every in flight system. Comcast will launch a WiFi phone and they are a core client. I hope we get more clarity soon but surely this has potential?

Ahh that explains it. Though it seems a little late.

Presume the further Mellon purchase announced today is picking up the rest of Regent's holding with Regent now below 3% and not needing to declare.

Quiet and a very small amount available outside the major holders. I estimate I have over 1% of those remaining.

With Regent being controlled by Jim Mellon. He is very close to 30% now

3.84-4.4p now but it was 3.844p bid before that 100k buy so bid not moved.

So since they slashed the price pre market when Trump won there has been no selling
and all buying, and now a 100k buy at 4.25p and they still do not move it back up
despite the markets being way higher since the initial mark down of the price.

Interesting there is no online buy quote for anything over 25k but the 25k gets you stock at 3.75p so very fair price if somebody fancies it.

He holds shares through Conister and Galloway. Topvest, if you are so negative why do you follow the company. They have $10mn in cash, the balance sheet is not stretched with no debt and just $4mn to pay FTC. If WiFi takes off with Comcast entering this is perfectly placed to benefit. What is the downside? Can't see much and would rather side with Jim Mellon in that respect who is on the board. I suspect a dividend will be announced shortly.

Hmmm it has a stretched balance sheet if I remember correctly. The cash position will unwind very quickly if this goes into losses and business drops off a cliff.

You know that cash pile is worth £7 mil next to £12 million cap and it will keep
growing. Always thought that when the long term debt was paid off this would re-rate
but it's never happened.

With EBITDA of over £3 mil for this year even with the decline in it's main and old
business it's still a bargain. In a years time it will probably have the same in cash
as market cap
