They report 43mln current liabilities in their 1h results, which means negative net current assets

Current assets are $32.8mn, no debt as the liabilities refer to payables that are paid over time and also include accrued liabilities that are for the LEC class actions as far as I understand it.

Director buying and think there has been more the last few days. Positive signal, think FTC sorted early next year and we can then move on.

I think that they will only settle once the class action lawsuits against the LECs are done with. That will be the end of this year. So end of 2015 or start of 2016 we should see an end to FTC issues.

Any ideas on when the lawsuit will be settled? May not be much movement until then...

No debt but all spare cash (and more) may be used to sort out this issue!

Check out the new BSG Wireless website, looks very good. Announced an IOS9 version of their software and the news that DT has partnered with them again Must say impressed, look at Boingo valuation compared to BSG's.

Look, I am a Billing Bull, but they are now in a very crowded and competitive space, unlike the almost monopoly position they once enjoyed. Scale is everything with thin margins.

I have seen nothing to support tthat the wireless business and acquisition of CSL has had a material impact on financial performance.

I just question the quality of management to move this forwards. Norm after all rode shotgun with Carter for some years, although many exposed as a complete liability well before his eventual departure. How good is Norm? I don't know.

The company is still worth a multiple of the current share price unless it gets hit on the FTC.

I'm a bit more optimistic, I think they turned the company into a new direction reasonably quickly and professionally. With revenue generation I just meant I don't think they will just pay the money out as a dividend but try to use it to grow the company.

Lagosboy - they bought CSL and now have the wireless business that is growing and has a strong roster of clients. They are going the wifi route that seems to be on course and is a new business since b2p.
