29/6/2015 21:31 | It goes without saying that any plan must be revenue generation or it would not be a plan worth its salt. There was a hint that they might take on more debt so they to do so they must have a project in mind. I must say very disappointing that since B2P nothing new has materialised just the run off on the legacy business. I do question the innovative quality of this company - I think new young blood needed. Tecxhnology moves quickly and is expensive. | lagosboy
29/6/2015 21:08 | I agree about the FTC elephant but I also think this management already has some plans for the money and it will include revenue generation. | m1keg
29/6/2015 20:44 | I am confident that gets resolved once debt paid and class action suits sorted. Last time round a 38mn suit resulted in a 2mn fine and this time 30mn is being used to repay consumers so not convinced they will end up paying a huge amount. | gark
29/6/2015 19:36 | Not being negative, and everyone knows I have been suppoprtive of this stock for some years now!- but being debt free has been known for some time & it is not Einstein theory to apply a discount factor and run-off rate to calculate the NPV of the business ( which I beleive is north of today's SP)but the elephant in the room (FTC) remains. | lagosboy
29/6/2015 18:59 | Just re-read the annual report and that is correct, pay down of all debt tomorrow. Hopefully this will be a positive and lead to further growth and recovery. | gark
29/6/2015 18:36 | Even better! | gark
29/6/2015 16:50 | Gark, The agreement calls for remainder to be paid in June, so we are debt free after tomorrow. | m1keg
29/6/2015 15:58 | Debt pay down tomorrow. Will have $1.5mn left to pay. | gark
12/6/2015 13:58 | They settle for much lower amount. | gark
12/6/2015 10:13 | What does !words out! mean? | trentendboy
11/6/2015 09:23 | No trigger as far as I can see aside from debt pay down at end of month. Real value if FTC works out is at c. 15p a share in my view. | gark
11/6/2015 08:41 | Whoosh. False dawn or real move? What is the trigger? | trentendboy
07/6/2015 21:22 | Agreed but think that gets sorted so hopefully we'll be sitting pretty soon! | gark
07/6/2015 21:02 | Debt free is not the issue, elephant in the room is the lawsuit. I remain positive | lagosboy
07/6/2015 20:13 | Debt free soon! | gark
13/5/2015 20:49 | Let's hope so. Think FTC will be sorted after class action lawsuits at end of this year or next year and by that time hopefully debt paid off and we will see some dividends. | gark
13/5/2015 12:05 | Staying put another sign of future stability? hxxp://www.costar.co | m1keg
01/4/2015 18:09 | Lol Why not. Looking tempting around this price | trentendboy
01/4/2015 16:21 | And a dividend! | gark
31/3/2015 18:06 | yes then the 6 or 7 million a year becomes profit. That's usd by the way. tiger | castleford tiger
31/3/2015 07:31 | 3.9mn debt only. Debt free soon! | gark
30/3/2015 15:57 | $3.9mn of debt tomorrow. Also think that cash may come back from restricted as not sure it will all be used up in class action litigation so remainder might be available for FTC. | gark
30/3/2015 15:10 | this is funny but I am not sure why "We retired $9.7 million of debt, ending the year with $6.3 million of debt outstanding. We are confident that the bank debt will be fully retired in 2015. We can then explore the possibility of new debt, if necessary, to maximize our capital structure or for other uses consistent with our business plan. " | trentendboy
30/3/2015 14:18 | ignore price on market its false. trying to buy and got 25000 at offer price which then went 3p for 50k and 3.5 for 100k Very hard to buy and trying to add to my stake which is now 1 million and the 25k today. tiger | castleford tiger
30/3/2015 08:51 | That quip along the lines of: Yea and as soon as we are debt free we'll be in a great position to take out a load of new debt didn't go down to well did it ? | envirovision |
