Energiser Investments plc completes fundraising and appoints Vox Markets

Energiser Investments plc ("Energiser") is an AIM quoted real estate investing company. Its strategy is to invest in operating companies with an underlying property portfolio, for example, serviced apartment companies. It may also invest directly into property through loans or equity investment. Following the appointment of a new CEO, Dominic White, the company completed a successful GBP1.255m capital raise in December 2016 to kick-start its acquisition programme.
