Potential Acquisition and Statement re Suspension
The Directors of the Company have noted the rise in the Company's share price today. The Company announces that it is at an advanced stage of discussions which may or may not lead to the acquisition of a company which would constitute a reverse takeover in accordance with AIM Rule 14.
Accordingly, the Company has requested the suspension of trading in its shares on AIM with immediate effect, pending the publication of an AIM Admission Document or the announcement that the discussions have been terminated. A further announcement will be made in due course.|

There have been offers for the company which are currently ongoing. Might be a easy and relatively risk free 30%-40% profit.|

|topvest: Yes, glad I sold out 18m ago. The share price performance since 2005 doesn't look too clever. Then again, very similar to Meriden and Innobox that have done the same!|
|callumross: but surely with under £600k net assets the share price is higher than net asset value per share - maybe they were trying to say the share price is too high relative to assets?|
|lbo: Could we soon see some corporate activity?
"The board has been actively monitoring the companies share price over the period, and would like to emphasise to shareholders that the board does not consider the current share price to be reflective of the current net asset value of the company, as shown in these interim accounts,"|
|mikelee: they are delayed trades from an hour ago. not sure if buys or sells hence the fluctuation in the share price...|
