BG share holders to vote tomorrow. It appears 83% of shell share holders voted yes. I guess it is now formality, but more than 95% in favour will be good confidence boost to the combined company.

I took the RDSB shares instead of the mix of cash and shares.

If shell declares an ex dividend date before Feb 15 then anyone continuing to hold an arb position would need to account for that

LOL! the deep sea producers will all be running at a loss at $32 poo, so therefore the government is just saving themselves from paying out more tax refunds.
