Payment of Cash Dividend

Beximco Pharmaceuticals Limited ("BPL", "Beximco Pharma" or "Company"; AIM Symbol: BXP), the fast-growing manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, today announces that the cash dividend of 10% of the nominal value per ordinary share/GDR (Taka 1 per ordinary share/GDR) for the year 2015, which was decided in the Board meeting held on 20(th) April, 2016, has been deposited with the custodian bank in Dhaka for onward credit to respective GDR holders' accounts.
