Further to the Company's announcements on 16 November 2016 and 11 April 2017, the Board of Better Capital PCC Limited (the "Company") was today informed by the general partner to BECAP Fund LP (the "2009 Fund") that following an extraordinary general meeting held by Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources Co., Ltd. ("SLMR") on 3 May 2017, its shareholders voted to approve the transaction for SLMR's wholly owned subsidiary Ligeance Investments Limited to acquire Gardner Aerospace Holdings Limited ("Gardner"). The General Partner of the 2009 Fund is pleased to confirm that there are no remaining substantial conditions attached to the proposed sale of Gardner.
It is still the expectation that completion will occur in late May or early June 2017 with proceeds net of costs, including transaction expenses and carried interest estimated to be close to 105 pence per share. The last reported NAV for the 2009 Cell (30 September 2016) was 116.08 pence per share.
The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
