This is great news, Kurt got exactly what he wanted - a referral back to the MI for a bomb proof YES. That way he mitigates any Saami appeals...I have been in over 5 years so a few more months is nothing.

Took some as knowing the political situation in Sweden they absolutely need diversity and I think you'll see the YES announced today in order to keep leaks or rumours started.

Loglorry, because MI have already said 'yes', albeit prior to the court case ref to elsewhere. Fall because it's a further delay.

I never been a holder and as a lurker this is the most wierd thing I have ever witnessed for the share price to fall nearly 50%, if it really has been a yes.

So, former Chairman and MD Bob Young's dream of riches may well come to fruition, if a few more obliging Sami's and their reindeer don't get in the way. Pity Bob is not with us any more to see his enthusiasm vindicated. I was at the first AGM held at the Honourable Artillery Company's H.Q in the City, many moons ago; only a handful of us there. Might be a few more shareholders present next time around! R.I.P. Bob.
