30/6/2016 09:16 | Hopefully decision today @11:00 Jokkmokk Today discusses government Jokkmokk Iron Mines' application for a mining concession for the planned mine Kallak. At 11 expected a decision to have been taken. During the consultation process has Bergsstaten begjort several additions from including County Board as a new, precedent-setting ruling by a mine at Vättern claims that it is not enough to just considering the concession area, but one must consider the whole mining area with ponds and other facilities. - The further testing has previously been made, but when it has come in much later in the process, said Åsa Persson Show details to NSD in April. Kallakgruvan has been controversial for many years. Growth and jobs are set to reindeer herding and indigenous rights, protests and meetings have been held - and even several actions in the area. The matter has also been reported to UNESCO by neighboring Sami communities who believe that mining is threatening the World Heritage Laponia. | 23blade

21/4/2016 14:07 | Strange move up today on no news.Is BEM now vulnerable to a bid for its untapped assets. If they had been granted permit they would have sought a farm in/partner. | nashwan123

18/4/2016 07:40 | It would now appear that even if you are awarded a mining license it can be withdrawn arbitrarily by Swedish authorities.Beowulf is understandably trying to put a positive spin on things but must be exasperated that suddenly the Swedish Government can start asking them to react to a completely unrelated suspension of a mining license awarded back in 2013 to another company in a different part of the country. What exactly can Beowulf say other than it was complied fully with all the environmental data etc that relates to its specific application. That said,it's not a total surprise that the Swedish Government might "couple" two mining applications together.Ironically, Lot of chat on LSE site | steeplejack
13/4/2016 09:43 | Where is the license as another month passes by...............??? | anley
07/3/2016 01:00 | FYI watch SBLM, it has huge iron ore assets and worth 3p. share price now only 0.6p and still below 10m mcap. SBLM also have coal and has recently signed agreement with african govn for generating electricity, similar to KIBO. | gavinbell
03/3/2016 16:35 | The granting of the licenses is now over 1 full year late and still there is no sign that the government will issue one. The Swedish government is a bunch of loosers.........gree It was for a number of other reasons why I chose to sell but if I was a shareholder now I would be horrified at the dilution which has and will continue. Thats how I see matters as a very small shareholder......... | anley
03/3/2016 15:42 | Video interview with Beowulf Mining CEO Kurt Budge Kurt Budge, chief executive of Beowulf Mining (LON:BEM), remains optimistic an exploitation concession will be granted for its Kallak North iron ore deposit in Sweden. He says that he “struggles to see any outcome where [Beowulf] can get a ‘no’ decision”, adding that the company will do everything in its power to satisfy Swedish regulations. Reflecting on last year, Budge believes it was a difficult but necessary 12 months, stating that “2015 wasn't a lot of fun always, but we certainly made a lot of progress." | proactivest
02/3/2016 17:07 | 480,000,000 shares in issue = huge dilution and more to come.....this is one of the biggest problems most young mining company's face. As a shareholder you need to study what and how the business will pan out - short and over the next 2 years if you stand a chance of making any money. Good luck and ask the management when the licenses are coming!! | anley
02/3/2016 11:22 | paying full prices now | falia |
