16/12/2015 10:28 | I am now concerned - short term - that the delay in the Swedish government granting licenses will upset the capital sums that BEM requires to get drilling again as well as the working capital required. It is for this reason why the share price is weak and will remain so until the clouds pass and the sun shires as and when the government wakes up. There is another small problem and that concerns the oversupply so why should the government rush when they know full well that they can afford to keep Kurt on the sidelines until the commodities storm has passed. Others may have a different idea but for me I will wait and see before I buy back in again as the ore is going no where!! | anley2

10/12/2015 19:35 | Cash back into the company as maybe needed to defend the case for not paying the invoice....agreed by someone as not needed to it seems, but not so they say.. when we were just getting going again.. ---------this is probably that got them spooked issued at 1600pm. -------------------- "Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company focused on the Kallak iron ore project ("Kallak") in northern Sweden, announces that it has received notification that a claim, from a drilling contractor employed on Kallak during 2014, has been filed against the Company with a small claims court in Sweden. The claim is for unpaid invoices amounting to approximately SEK350,000 (approximately GBP27,000). In late 2014, the Company withheld payment of invoices to cover remediation costs which exceed the sum being claimed by the driller. The remediation work was undertaken by the Company to clean-up oil spillages caused by drill rigs employed on site during 2014 and to make good the drill sites used. An independent report from environmental consultants, Hifab AB (www.hifab.se), has concluded that no further remediation work was necessary at the drill sites. To date, the costs for this work have been borne by Beowulf. The Company intends to defend itself against the claim, and confirms that there is no material impact on its activities. | abergele
10/12/2015 13:58 | Little to do with RNS IMHO as dilution minimal. Convenient, though, that share price remained high enough for just long enough for the reward. Rumours on LSE that there are rumours on avanza of decision delay till early next year. I feel today's BEM fall is more BEM-related than for earlier in week, which was more commodities in general. | superslob
10/12/2015 13:39 | Why did share price drop so much? Warrants were not that high . Only about 750k shares are issued. Any comments? | karateboy

04/12/2015 18:01 | If we're talking about the T-D post and the article ref to as share price (Angel?) site it doesn't seem to realise that something like new-found confidence in BEM as a result of relatively new BOD can't be measured by an RNS as such. Article mentions ''the company is burning through around £120,000 a month'' - love to know how we're doing that when we're not drilling - even though it does acknowledge '' director fees have already been cut, along with other corporate overheads, and house broker Beaufort Securities was paid in shares in lieu of its fees''. It correctly mentions IO price falling, but conveniently falls to mention significant premium our product will command...IOW no balance. Nothing new in article and glaring inaccuracies and omissions IMHO. As to fair price, always hard to know what's the result of past events and what's for future expectations already priced-in! | superslob
04/12/2015 17:44 | Have a look at my old posts - I stuck my neck out on one recently and said 5 -8p but Kurt will have something up his sleve............. I sold a block of mine at 6p average and now want 7p............. Hope this helps......... | anley2
04/12/2015 16:19 | Nothing new or interesting perhaps. But an honest opinion of what's going on with BEM. Just holding on for my exit at 8p ,if we ever get there.Does anyone here think we will reach that and if so why ? Is the granting of the licence in the share price now ? Things usually slow down with BEM with the onset of winter . I would be very happy if we reached the dizzy heights of a few years ago but I am also realistic. Just my opinion, nothing else. | cyfalafwr
04/12/2015 13:32 | Done that to find nothing new or even interesting. The facts are all out on the table so you stick or sell at around these prices. | anley2
04/12/2015 12:44 | Looks to my mind like a lot of c£10k buys all declared late...... Anley, just google iii and go to the discussion boards. Type in Beowulf Mining in the search box and then click on each post. All was revealed! LS | liberatingsteptoe |
