23/11/2015 22:25 | nash, I don't think that BEM is haemorrhaging cash at quite the same rate as your SBLM......... Were we to do that, we'd be down the Swanee before we knew it. Staying put, I think but good luck. LS | liberatingsteptoe
23/11/2015 21:13 | good guys in BEM. at least part those profit in SBLM. BEM now up around 3000% (30m mcap) and have assets less or the same as SBLM. SBLM mcap only 6m .... damned cheap and bargain even at share price 3p, sblm will only be 30m mcap. still cheap. multibag soon. | nash81

23/11/2015 15:31 | DREAMER.........it looks as if you have read a recent Swedish article which mentioned that the sky was the limit for these shares..........well it was some years ago when they got to 70p and then fell all the way down to 1.65p the price of the last funding............. Slowly a new team has got the business going again after CSP nearly gave the business away to a NY hedge fund called Landstead. They are the ones selling at the moment as there are no other really big shareholders....... If your government gives the go-ahead ask yourself a few questions: 1 How much capital is required to build a mine and all the infrastructure that will be required 2 How much working capital is required to run a mine and 3 Who is going to buy the product 4 Are you going to look after the Sammi and where will all the miners live Most of us could go on but its best you ask yourself what is this business worth with licenses and a market quote + cash in the bank............some posts ago I said 5p now I have been told 10p but the new management will have to tell us soon what they are going to do. In the meantime we will all dream .............. | anley2
23/11/2015 12:58 | 500% dream on .... did that information come from......Clive ? | cyfalafwr
23/11/2015 12:36 | Steady on, dreamer. I'm all for this going up but no-one knows what will happen if the go-ahead arrives. We can all hope, but we can't know; otherwise there would be a lot of incredibly rich people here! LS | liberatingsteptoe
23/11/2015 12:29 | Hi All, I am one of the swedish traders who bought this stock. Seems like most of you UK guys cannot see the potential here. Is there any Uk guys who thinks this is for real? If the swedish govt says yes, then we are talking about 500% up instantly according to my informations.... let me know what you think. | dreamer81
23/11/2015 11:33 | I've been in for many years buying at 60p!! I met Clive (ex chair) at investor show in 2014. An agreeable chap but a tad overly enthusiastic about prospects at the time. He took a big salary and seemed to think funding, govt approval and Sami issues were not too big... Wrong as it turned out. Finally light at the end of the proverbial tunnel! | nashwan123
23/11/2015 11:28 | There are many ways to skin the cat and you can bet that Kurt and his team have been thinking about this for a long time. Are you a new or old shareholder? | anley2
23/11/2015 10:58 | I suspect BEM will look for a JV/buyer for what is a politically and economically safe investment.Once the Swedish govt says yes then the doors will be open for suitors. | nashwan123
23/11/2015 08:14 | Morning Anley2, I missed the boat this morning, twas after a few more today. this seems to have no bounds. but it was reminding me of AYM,how it spiked in a similar way, and how lucky was I to get out at 8p there after years trapped. .gla, lth's | abergele
21/11/2015 12:13 | Now Lanstead down to 10.9% that is another 1% down from its last announcement and shows how the MM can absorb stock. Motley Fool writes dreadful articles and the one about BEM is a good example.... bad journalism at its best!! The Swedish one has some truth but the writer could not explain what happens when it comes to raising all the capital to create this "new mining giant". Nevertheless the price hike is most welcome for hundreds of stale bulls and no doubt Kurt and his team will be searching for capital and the best way they can enhance shareholders values. In the meantime we now know Lanstead are disposing of their shares as quickly as possible so that will act as a little drag as the MM can call on Lanstead for stock! | anley2

20/11/2015 20:36 | Ha, Motley Fool are playing safe. A comparison with Anglo and Centamin. Different risk reward profiles. Strange they couldn't get BEM prices right and their point "peak recorded as recently as 2011" what sort of comment is that? | worrier
20/11/2015 20:02 | Worrier, 7p average - very nice, try doubling it and I hoped that would be mine by xmas | 23blade
20/11/2015 18:04 | Are Beowulf Mining plc Set To Soar? Meanwhile, shares in Beowulf Mining (LSE: BEM) have risen by 25% today and this has prompted the company to issue a statement saying that it is unaware of any reason for the significant share price move. This price rise puts the company’s shares 203% up over the last year, although trading at around 550p they are still vastly lower than their 7300p peak recorded as recently as 2011. Certainly, a number of smaller mining companies have considerable long term potential, but for most investors their larger peers seem to make more sense as investments at the present time. That’s because even they are exceptionally volatile, capable of posting major losses but, crucially, tend to be financially more secure, more diversified and arguably better positioned to benefit from any future increase in commodity prices. As such, the likes of Anglo American and Centamin appear to be better buys that Beowulf at the present time. Of course, Anglo American and Centamin aren't the only companies that could boost your portfolio returns. However, finding the best stocks at the lowest prices can be challenging when work and other commitments get in the way. | football
20/11/2015 16:31 | So I'll be back to breaking-even at my 7p average by Xmas. Wonder if Clive S-P reads this bb? | worrier
20/11/2015 15:03 | And slowly it climbs back to its morning peak, ther is plenty more room yet. | cuthbert cuthbertson senior
20/11/2015 13:52 | Dont worry pal there is plenty of money floating around whilst the oil price is 20$ watch that money flow to BEM in the short term | cuthbert cuthbertson senior
20/11/2015 13:46 | So will the share price spike and then remain high on positive news? Or will it be a case of sell on the news. Personally I expect a pull-back when the dust settles and holders realise how much fundraising will be required to bring us to production. Long term holder. | worrier |
