Rather more positively, a burgeoning UK property market allied with government "Help to Buy" schemes may have resulted in some positive news on mortgage sales, the likes of which have not been seen for a few years.(Part of an article from hargreves landsdown)

The Bellway Clapham development are to be released soon. I would have loved my son to have one of the apartments as he is renting in that area. Sadly out of his range.

Everything being hit at the moment and with "fears" of an early interest rate rise, any property related stocks are being punished.

As you say trading statement soon - is going to be good and I would say at £16.50 the shares are not expensive.

I have just sold something and bought more, totally committed to this share. The Clovers have a waiting list in case any sales fall through. There are a few new developments opening in the next couple of months and if The Clovers is anything to go by, Bellway should have a very good year.

The Clovers in Shenfield has sold out in less than a week, 25 houses in total.

Don't think getting rid of the help to buy scheme will diminish demand. It does seem with the economy picking up, it's a good time to invest in a property firm

Just a thought, Help to Buy was introduced 1st April 2013, so from April this year like for like financial comparatives will start to look very poor (or not as good as they have been)......so, is that a good enough reason to sell up???, I had it pencilled in to sell entire holding by end March but am undecided.Please, any thoughts anyone?.DD
