results out,and my suspicion is that this will come back now at a much higher price ,but too late for any new investors as its suspended,well can only feel that at least it may be on a decent premium for those still in if it does come back at a lot higher shareprice valuation.

very strange suspension?i can only guess they are playing the same cards as last year shrewd cover up and shareholders getting shafted again.
But can this be now the turnaround as there has been no buyers recently and now they have got full hold of the company on the cheap any reverse takeover could be big bucks for those still in?

This is a case where litagation needs to be put into place. Those that chose to use their combined voting clout to buy out the Imax assets(____ THE PRESENT OWNERS ____ ) using the christmas period to have maximum voting, and leave the company as a shell and a loss for shareholders. The main plan ( now proven )was to complete the opening of cannery. Having used the cash from bella to build it! The present owners should become the defendants in a trial for the asset return to bellamedia. USA regulators should fund this action.

They have very little hope of coming back in this financial climate, i would class this company as a urgent sell before it gets to delisting time.After delisting, i think BLL will be a virtually worthless holding in my opinion.
Tommrow the S.P. will probably dive off the bottom of the chart, once a few more small investors realise it has happened again with BLL, and start selling.
After the last fiasco, re the cinema, who in their right mind is going to believe them, re the last statement in that rns!!
Pherhaps we may see a buying spree tommrow now the spread is fallen? on second thoughts i doubt it !!

Their time runs out shortly anyone who buys in may just find they have bought into a delisted company as aim rules will soon delist a inactive company. Sorry iloveit your company is on borrowed time here.

well we shall see ,more buys i hope could move this up to somewhere near a decent shareprice and give back some heavy losses to disgrunteld shareholders.still feel this is a shrewd player.

i disagree, buying shares in a company won't stop it being delisted by aim rules, it is the fact it is a inactive shell, spread is massive you buy into a instant loss. A possibility is someone buying a few hoping to jack up the price past his loss point then sell the lot fast at a profit (just a thought) I will not buy into this possible senario,

that probably explains the 100k+ buys last few days,interesting play here small buys and shareprice is flying up?
not sure how to play here will they allow a big bulk buy and at what price?
it seems to me they want this alive and kicking so something afoot here.

Inactive companys/shells with no buisness, get delisted by aim after a certain amount of inactivity.
