07/4/2016 17:00 | Its nice to see michaelmouse have finally decided to move on to new pastures after hiding on his own basher thread. Just wish he would answer a simple question though so we can put it to bed. By way of a reminder of question the guru michaelmouse is avoiding for obvious reasons. post 245 "Firstly, to justify a market cap. of £62.5m then I would suggest that they need to make at least a £3m net profit". Ok, so please explain why you have been chasing avanti all the way down from 270p to 95p? Avanit has a mc of 140m, gross gearing at 65% and net debt of 290m, twice its mc and it needs money fast because by june this year it could be trading insolvent. Has avanti every made a profit? No, are revenues increasing, no? Is net debt growing, oh yes. To use your model avanti could need to MAKE AT LEAST 6 m net profit. Opti has no debt, fully funded for a min 3 years and has revnues covering its cash requirements, thus reducing cash burn, you know, the cash burn you dramatically stated were increasing when in reality they were increasing by just 15k pcm. I cant wait for you to justify your avanti investment and its valuation. You say you are not posting to mock other posters here, odd because you have stopped all your ramping of your dog picks, all of which i have shown here have tanked, without exception. Your last lost, by your own admission tanked 90% just before the holidays, you then went in to hiding, or locked up in the grim north. | accrillium
07/4/2016 16:47 | I haven't a clue what you're talking about, but condescending is a big word for you to use. Well done! Oops there I go again. | michaelmouse
07/4/2016 15:16 | THE MOUSE says "There are perhaps just a handful of investors left on these boards whose opinions are worth listening too". is he including himself when he says the above, if he does, he is kidding himself, he has lost a fortune on AVN and other like disasters. He is a walking investment disaster. Because he has been hurt by others, he now takes satisfation in other people's misfortune, not a very nice guy. AVOID | lukead
07/4/2016 13:55 | Why is it that some of the busiest (by number of posts) boards are those where the company is exhibiting all the symptoms of a dead dog. The random falling gaining movements of the share price being similar to the movement of the dog's skin caused by maggots and purifying gasses before total disintegration? Total disintegration - delisting odds on probability here (imo) Declaration Used to hold but sold out on basis of weak product offering -v- competition, weak capital structure, and poor management. | pugugly
07/4/2016 12:30 | Are we talking about BVM here or trivial slandering ... ADVFN is losing the point of it's existence if you two girls are allowed to carry on like this - shameful, and the language to quite be honest, offensive. | harrison15
07/4/2016 11:28 | michaelmouse has lost a fortune on AVN and many others...... | lukead
07/4/2016 11:27 | michaelmouse = one sicko screwed up person | lukead
07/4/2016 10:30 | Norbert - Genuine good luck to you. You may well be right in the fullness of time. | michaelmouse
07/4/2016 10:17 | Happy to go against the flow and have picked up a some on the bid this morning (2.75p). Book value now >5p and TBV around 1.5p. Debt free and can see this being bought out. | norbert colon
07/4/2016 09:58 | PJ 1 - LOL. I'm glad at least someone on these boards shares a similar sense of humour. | michaelmouse
07/4/2016 09:51 | Hopefully he has thrown all the dirty bathwater out now. Lets hope the baby didn't go with it. Still on W/L, no need to rush in for 12 months imo | pj 1
07/4/2016 08:56 | Results poor as expected, the future is up in the air, it's guesswork. The insiders will know so it will be a case of keeping an eye on trading in the shares IMO. | spooky
07/4/2016 08:50 | Underlying administration expenses down from £4.17m to £3.953m. | cockerhoop
07/4/2016 08:29 | Well Ian Martin has certainly put the new broom to work. Disappointing sales have gone done - he says due to mangement spending time on restructuring. New products this next 18 months. Not so concerned with share price this week , its hardly likley to go up on those numbers. Think I'll wait. Anyone found any parts on how much he has reduced the cost base by? We had talked about £500k but didn't so far see anything on that. | the oak tree |
