sent a complaint to the CWA and got the below reply can someone email the FCA as i do not know all the details they proberbly need
Dear Mr
Our response to your recent correspondence
Thank you for your email to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) of 21 September 2015.
The CMA welcomes information about practices in the marketplace, but does not respond in detail to individual complaints/concerns. The CMA aims to promote competition for the benefit of consumers generally but has no power to act on behalf of individual consumers and businesses. In deciding what work to undertake the CMA also has to take careful account of the limits to its powers and whether other organisations would be better placed to act.
However, given the nature of your correspondence, we suggest that this might be better handled by one of the organisations working within the finance sector. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulates most financial services markets, exchanges and firms in the UK, including banks and building societies, mortgage and insurance brokers and advisers. It also took over responsibility for regulating the consumer credit market following the closure of the Office of Fair Trading at the end of March 2014. However, the FCA does not investigate individual complaints but can be contacted by telephone 0800 111 6768 or by email at consumer.queries@fca.org.uk.
The FCA also provides some guidance on how to complain if you are unhappy with a financial product or service: hxxp://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/complaints-andcompensation/how-to-complain.

We are sorry we are unable to help you further in this case. We wish you well in pursuing your ongoing enquiries, but please note that we will not normally enter into correspondence about our decisions on whether to give detailed consideration to the information we receive.
Thank you for taking the trouble to bring this matter to our attention.
Yours sincerely

Sammy, re. "End of"
It doesn't actually mean that the shares are worthless IF something were to happen, unlikely as that now seems. Just that the tax man is happy to assume zero value, that's all. Small but I think important (desperate?) difference.

India’s leaders are determined to restore economic growth and lift the country’s 1.3 billion citizens out of poverty. But rapid development will require India to double or triple its production of coal – and make it the world’s second largest carbon emitter. Is there any alternative?

The final nail has been driven in the remains of BHR.
This is the response received today from HMRC

" I can accept the claim that the holding of 500000 shares in the above named company is of negligible value as of 12 January 2015

Yours sincerely

Does anybody really honestly think there is hope for this?
I have applied to HMRC to have it declared of negligible value so I can claim the loss and forget I ever heard of it.

"I attended the meeting in London and asked Andy/Eddie whether their investigations had uncovered anything that might be of interest to the Police. I was left with the impression that we were given a very ‘woolly’ answer and that it appeared they looked uncomfortable giving a response to this question." If they have taken thee 30 pieces of silver you will need some rope with NO HANG MAN.
