Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company was notified on 28 August 2017 that, on 25 August 2017 Timothy Giles Lampert, Chief Financial Officer, acquired in aggregate 4,071 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 181.10 pence per share.
The Company was notified on 29 August 2017 that, on that day, Timothy Giles Lampert acquired in aggregate 3,929 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 179.31 pence per share.
Following these purchases Timothy Giles Lampert holds 27,232 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.003% of the total issued shares in the Company. Timothy Giles Lampert also has an interest in 26,654 unvested shares in BCA's wholly owned subsidiary H.I.J Limited under the HIJ long term incentive scheme, formerly referred to as the Executive Founder Shares.
