02/10/2007 11:17 | Another announcement | alftupper
20/9/2007 05:27 | Interesting announcement yesterday - will help underpin the current year numbers | alftupper
01/8/2007 17:47 | From the press ( Western Mail) a period of consolidation seems unlikely. | alftupper
01/8/2007 06:45 | Lots for BBI to prove over the 12 months IMO. The Company needs a period of consolidation, too difficult to value at the moment in my view. | joshalexander
01/8/2007 01:50 | House Broker T & G forecast is now out. I can only see the summation, but here it is... 2008 2009 Pre-tax 6.35m 9.02m EPS 10.98p 14.86p P/E 15.4 11.3p The truth is, it is difficult to be v accurate on forecasts because of the significant imponderables referred to in the results.. *Theratase acquisition *Revenues from recently signed manufacturing contracts *Verax platelet approval and sales. I can't get hold of T & G research, so I don't know what assumptions they (with BBI) are making over thee issues in the forecasts. Any help on this issue would be much obliged. | shuisky
30/7/2007 12:32 | The coming year will be clouded by the Theratase acquisition so not sure what the underlying rate of organic growth going forward is - a new broker's note should be out this week I expect | alftupper
30/7/2007 09:44 | Yup, although the rate of organic growth seems to be reducing. | wjccghcc
30/7/2007 08:26 | Interesting set of results - one to continue to follow. | alftupper
11/6/2007 15:08 | I was very pleasantly surprised at the BBI share price movement around the takeover completion time. Like you, I had been expecting a price drop due to the inevitable forced ISA-holder selling, and had even considered selling my THE in the market before the completion. Glad I didn't now, but it seems the longer I invest the less it all makes sense!!! | geofft
11/6/2007 13:19 | Agreed. It's unfair that small retail investors should be exposed to this kind of thing. I was amazed that the share price got to 180p, primarily because the ex-Theratase shareholder selling was a given. It maybe creating a decent entry point for the rest of us, but I'd hoped for a lower price than this! | shuisky
11/6/2007 13:13 | Could well be. I was fortunate to get my BBI on 29th of May (Idealing.com). I was a bit surprised that the share price held up so well at the time and I was able to sell at 174p. Perhaps the delay some people suffered was the reason and the price is now dropping as I had expected it to earlier. Seems an odd system that you are forced to sell out in such circumstances, not sure what the alternative is though. | geofft
11/6/2007 11:59 | Are the host of small sells this morning all the former Theratase holders selling their non-ISAble BBI stock? | shuisky
11/6/2007 07:50 | Rupkali, Agreed, no previous probs with Selftrade so I'm disappointed too. Hopefully they'll say sorry and give us a bit of compensation. It's the principle that annoys me. | bollers
08/6/2007 22:19 | Hi bollers Thanks very much for your reply here and yes I am with Selftrade; and similarly have received the BBI shares and Theratase special dividend of 2p. Today, I have emailed Selftrade to question this latency on payment. Will telephone on Monday. Not had problems with Selftrade before so disappointing. cheers. | rupkali
08/6/2007 19:00 | Rupkali, Interesting you should ask. I held THE shares in 2 nominee accounts. TD Waterhouse gave me the BBI shares, the 2p special dividend and the 21p in cah on the 29th May. The others were held by Selftrade (was Comdirect) I got the BBI shares about three days later than TD Waterhouse (which was really annoying, cos I wanted to sell those held within my ISA but the price had dropped by the time I got them) and I'm still waiting for the 21p in cash. It smells of a typical bank scam - they're sitting on £9000 of my cash. I've rung them twice and they've told me it's 'going through'. Be interested to know if yours are in Comdirect too. | bollers
08/6/2007 10:32 | Could anyone tell me when the agreed BBI dividend of 21p paid for each Theratase share is going to be paid? cheers. | rupkali
25/5/2007 13:21 | The completion of the takeover of Theratase is the main cause of the recent jump in the share price Thailand | fridgefraser
24/5/2007 16:07 | is there anybody out there? very quiet considering share price rises of late, what's behind the rise anyone? | thailand
15/5/2007 19:33 | I am a recent holder of this. Looks a v good story indeed, enhanced by reasonable acquisition price for Theratase. Can any more long established holders give their thoughts? | labatie
02/5/2007 11:12 | Nathalie - listed on AIM | rhcm
02/5/2007 10:43 | Can't find where this is listed in the FT. Anyone Know? | nathalie
29/4/2007 14:31 | This share has high eps growth forcasts and a very low peg, so I believe the share price should increase substantially over the next 12-18 months. See for yourself on Digital look. | rhcm
28/4/2007 16:17 | Whats peoples thughts on this share? Can people see furher increase in he share price over the next 12-18 months? Do people see BBI making any further cquisitions? | fridgefraser
15/4/2007 20:33 | interesting one.... | honiton |
