Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2016

Further to the announcement dated 29 March 2017, BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. (Luxembourg time), and that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held thereafter at 11:45 a.m. (Luxembourg time), both meetings on 28 April 2017 at the registered office of the Company at 6, Route de Trèves, Building E, L-2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg.

In connection with the Annual General Meeting, a copy of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2016 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and is now available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.

As also announced on 29 March 2017, copies of the Convening Notices of the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting, and their associated Proxy Forms, had been submitted to and are available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.

Each of the Annual Financial Report, the Convening Notices and the Proxy Forms is also available to view on, and download from, the Company's website at www.bb-gi.com * and these may be inspected by shareholders during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company. Shareholders may also request that the Annual Accounts, as well as the Report of the Independent Auditor, the Management Report and, where applicable, comments made by the Supervisory Board, are sent to them free of charge.
