(LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. (Luxembourg time), and that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held thereafter at 11:45 a.m. (Luxembourg time), both meetings on 28 April 2017 at the registered office of the Company at 6, Route de Trèves, Building E, L-2633 Senningerberg, Luxembourg.
