Notice of dividend currency exchange rate - 2015 final dividend

On 3 March 2016, BBA Aviation plc announced a final dividend of 8.68 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2015.

Eligible shareholders will continue to receive their dividends in sterling, unless an election is completed and registered with the Company's registrars. The deadline for the currency election in respect of the forthcoming dividend payment was 25 April 2016.

This announcement confirms that the currency exchange rate applicable for the 2015 final dividend for shareholders who have not made a currency election before the applicable deadline and who therefore continue to receive their dividend in sterling is:
