Welcome Casholaa and Mcpaulas.

Been away recently but a couple of announcements that haven't impacted the share price but have been a little bit of tidying up and at last started drilling again at Basin.

I don't see the logic in the price drop but when has logic had anything to do with AIM shares?

Your mistake was buying Bhl,must have plenty to lose.

Thanks for asking, Albert. It's never good if your invested and the price goes down. I'm in no hurry and have no need and no wish to reduce further. I don't like selling at a loss so I wont.

There are question marks about BHL as I mentioned earlier but there is a mineral resource estimate for the clays, there are some good grades of spodumene, there are brine projects that might come into play, the clays did attract LRC to the extent they splashed out the cash, it's just the share price that is poor.

Just a matter of waiting to time any buys.

How are you?

Good evening to you all. Its over 10 years since I last used my account here. I just felt that I needed to say something after reading the posts from Albert. I think that anyone that takes such delight in the fact that others may be losing money, needs help!
So to cheer him up:- I am sitting on a six figure loss at the moment. Bad timing rather than a bad choice. I also broke a rule by using some trading money rather than just investing long term.
Much as the bad timing is annoying it does not distress me. 10 years on Aim has taught me to roll with it. But i do need to release some of the trading cash.
I spoke to Ian Stalker in the last month, really to congratulate him on parting company with CF, and question why, on all "positive" news, any rise in share price gets sold into.
His view was that there was an overhang, caused by LRC selling down their holding. (19.m Shares originally). This was a strategic decision by LRC to reduce their holdings across their numerous Lithium companies. Having then looked into LRC, this did make sense as their real business is royalties.
I have no idea if this was correct or contributing to the steady decline, but I agreed I would not be selling any until the New Year.
I still have lots of unanswered questions though. Jim Mellon bought another 8 million at 4.5 pence. Where from?
I still consider the BHL story could be a good one, it has a strong headwind at the moment, from sellers as well as the Lithium price.
If I was a new investor today, I would think twice. The share price decline looks appalling and their has been some poor management. Notably having an auditor that was not able to function on the TSVX.
And having a decimal point in the wrong place on the last RNS.

I have tabled some questions for the AGM this Thursday, which I shall be dialling in to.

29/08/2023 16:12 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Bradda Head Lithium Ltd Directorate Changes LSE:BHL Bradda Head Lithium Limited

"Bradda Head Lithium Limited (AIM:BHL, TSXV:BHLI, OTCQB:BHLIF), the North America-focused lithium development company, today announces that it has agreed with Charles FitzRoy that he will stand down from his role as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director, with immediate effect.

Mr FitzRoy will retain his share options outlined in the AIM announcements dated 6 April 2023.

The Chairman of the Board, Mr Ian Stalker, will assume the interim role of Executive Chairman. A search for a new CEO will begin immediately.

Mr Stalker, Interim Executive Chairman, commented: "I'd like to thank Charles for his input and commitment over the last 30 months, most notably in listing the Company in Summer 2021 where GBP6.2 million was raised, securing a royalty partnership later that same year, and in raising approximately GBP10 million of fresh equity-capital in Spring of 2022. On behalf of the Board, I wish Charles the best for the future. The Board is focused on operations and delivering results on the ground in America and will look to appoint an appropriate successor in the near future."

Charles FitzRoy, commented: " I am moving on from Bradda Head after two and half years where the Company has gone from private to listed on three exchanges in the UK, US, and Canada. Raised US$24 million for progressing Bradda's US projects, and a further US$8 million was secured via a royalty. The assets have grown in both size of landholding, knowledge of the geology and also in-the-ground resources. The last two and half years have been a very rewarding experience working closely with all members of Bradda, especially the US on the ground team and I am proud of what we have achieved. I have enjoyed my time immensely moving our assets forwards, building relationships within Arizona for the long-term, and growing the Company. BHL has some fantastic projects which strategically have little rival. The Company is extremely well positioned in the US for future success. I look forward to cheering from the side-lines."

25/08/2023 07:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Bradda Head Lithium Ltd Audited Final Results for Year Ending 28 Feb 2023 LSE:BHL Bradda Head Lithium Limited

"Bradda Head Lithium Ltd (AIM: BHL), the North America-focused lithium development group, is pleased to announce its audited financial results for the year ending 28 February 2023, and the Management's Discussion and Analysis for the same period .

Financial and operational highlights

-- Raised total gross proceeds of just under US$ 13 million, issuing 73,195,560 new ordinary shares to institutional and other investors;

-- Following the successful completion of a follow-up drill programme during October 2022, the Company updated its Basin East MRE, resulting in a 22% increase in LCE tonnes, for a total of 371kt of LCE;

-- Completed a maiden drill programme at our San Domingo pegmatite asset, with a total of 47 holes drilled. This was the first 'modern' drilling campaign at these historical targets since the 1950/60s;

-- Strengthened our on the ground team with the key appointment of Joey Wilkins as COO, who is a highly regarded geologist in the US arena with extensive experience and knowledge of US geology, specifically in Arizona and Nevada;

-- Completed a dual listing, with the Company's shares admitted to trading on the Canadian TSX-V Exchange under the ticker BHLI.TSXV.

Ian Stalker, Chairman of Bradda Head, commented:

"The financial year has been both busy and exciting, with the Company raising gross funds of just under US$ 13 million as part of a successful UK and North American placement in April 2022. The funds were strategically deployed to successfully fast-track our first drill programme at our San Domingo pegmatite resource in Arizona and complete our second Basin East drilling programme since listing in 2021. We now have 371kt of lithium carbonate equivalent, and an exploration target of between 1Mt to 6Mt of LCE over the Company's Basin projects. We also significantly increased our hard-rock lithium bearing landholding position in Arizona, and strengthened our team members with key senior appointments, including adding Joey Wilkins as COO.

Several catalysts are on the way for Bradda in H2 2023 and H1 2024, as we continue to develop our assets. Drilling is wrapping up at Basin with an updated MRE being worked on currently. We have an internal target of a +1Mt LCE resource, which would trigger the second royalty payment of US$ 2.5 million from Lithium Royalty Corporation. We have also mobilised a drill rig to kick-off the second drill programme in 12 months at San Domingo, with the primary aim to delineate a resource. Funding is in place for these programmes and we look forward to updating the market with the results of these and other initiatives."

Copies of the 2023 Audited Report and Financial Statements are being posted to shareholders and will shortly be available from the Company's website www.braddaheadltd.com .

The Company will post its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to Shareholders at the same time. The AGM will be held at the Sanderson Suite, Claremont Hotel, Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2LX, with the date to be confirmed. ..."

Explorer, Producer or Both

This is just an opinion that Ive reached over years.
Some will agree, some wont and that depends on your style of investing.
- Many watch the share price of a stock and judge the best place to get in or get out
- Some are short term or long-term
- Some rely on good research (of which I’m a big fan), others move with the stck flow
One area Ive learnt to look at is the make up of the BOD and past performance.
You could say old habits die hard, but theres a lot to be said for experience and that goes along way in forming a view on how the a BOD will progress the business.
- You might say, what are you getting at?
- My view in relation to BHL is this, and its only mine so DYOR
All the notes suggest upside ( you would expect that) but the real question is
‘Does this BOD want to remain Explorers or become Producers?
All the indications are so far they want to progress to production, however when you listen closely to some points made especially by Ian Stalker – America is hard to get mining permits rather than Africa for example.
And the results indicate exceptional resources with more results to come
Bidens new Act on supporting Us companies with a large fund is another great benefit
So, is there anything in the past that suggests they want to be one or the other (Explorer or Producer)
My view so far is Explorer
Ive just listened again to Ian Stalker (link below) Exec Chairman in his address on Red Cloud to Miners Showcase in Toronto Canada in March thus year
Ian Stalker presents at the Red Cloud Pre-PDAC Showcase | Bradda Head (braddaheadltd.com)
And one comment he made stood out (12.15 minutes in)
He previously owned a company in Argentina which prospected Lithium from Brine – he sold it for $150m (£120m) in 2019.
In 2022, the new owners sold two of the projects for $1 billion (£800m)
My point is, if there is no investment to bring BHL to production then a sell could be possible.
Taking the last example of the two projects the brine projects of BHL could be worth a considerable some of money and could easily fetch around 0.48p per share on current Shares in Issue
Something to think about
