17/1/2008 10:23 | That IC tip has been the kiss of death... | simon gordon

04/1/2008 09:45 | cestnous - I don't see the word 'screaming' in the IC update! | simon gordon
04/1/2008 09:17 | the illiquidity makes it tricky though imo | surfer2
03/1/2008 17:07 | Not in this but 'A screaming buy' according to IC today (in their e-mail tips update) | cestnous
03/1/2008 09:43 | yep not many watching this ..just a waiting game the emerging mkts side of their business looks v healthy | surfer2
02/1/2008 19:38 | Very nice contract win and the price actually falls.... bonkers | stegrego
31/12/2007 10:07 | Alan , one to keep an eye on , watch it settle | surfer2

24/12/2007 08:41 | Merry Xmas!! | simon gordon
20/12/2007 08:30 | Bought a few today on the AGM statement. The fact that they are getting back 11 million shares from DeltaT, effectively £33million at the time of purchase, has twisted my arm. Other divisions look well placed and with Bush signing the energy mandate this week that still favours ethanol, prospects look brighter. | stegrego
12/12/2007 12:18 | Looks a touch oversold, maybe bounce 10p or so????? Gone long. | royaloak
12/12/2007 10:00 | rokkie:> Been on my watch list since 8/5/06 at 266/268 re bb and Australia deal. It is all a question of timing. The Shell/HR Biopetroleum pilot (oil from marine algae) in Hawaii looks interesting but how to paly is the question. [Business Telegraph B3 today] | pugugly
12/12/2007 09:14 | Pugugly, check out D1 Oils, (DOO), thats exactly what there doing. Investing in the crop jatropha in JV with BP. | rokkie
12/12/2007 08:48 | Top of the loser board - Contract cancelled - Delta-T now looking very VERY bad timing - Also a worry that ethanol produced form feed grains could very rapidly become politically unaccepable - Why should the world's poor have to pay double for their food so the FAT yanks can dirve to the Mall rather than use their feet and stay healthy !! only reason I can see is that that the "pork barrel" subsidies to the agro sector are worth votes. "The cynic." PS If the production of bio-fuels from non edible agricultural products can be cracked and Bateman/Delta can supply the technology then could motor but otherwise a roasted duck (imo & dyor) | pugugly
11/12/2007 23:06 | Interesting that ADVN show current price gapping up at 210p altho closing offer price was 196p? Trades very thin over last few days and today heavier trading but still broadly neutral so large drop looks unwarranted. Will be watching this closely around opening tomorrow. RM | rampmeister
11/12/2007 10:10 | starting to look v undervalued unless you were correct about the delta t. or perhaps a placing to improve liquidity ?. i am surprised at the drop in this and Lam over the last few weeks | surfer2
11/12/2007 10:00 | Old support of £1.50 looks probable. | simon gordon
20/11/2007 19:34 | with a diamond billionaire holding a controlling stake in this company and therefore voting for the delta t aquisition , dont you think he gave it some serious thought and scrutinised the numbers and profit margins very carefully in light of the current medium term outlook ?. if its good enough for a billionaire its good enough for me. 45 million usd and 10% seems a reasonable price for a backlog of around 500 million usd in work notwithstanding the recent contract win. Smaller ethanol producers were always going to find it tough but ADM and PEIX with the backing of the governor of california should survive . Cargill and BP wont be affected too much. consolidation will happen but it seems Deltas existing client base will be the aquirers . | surfer2
20/11/2007 08:07 | No - I keep an open mind and constantly dig for data. The data on Delta-T changed and I changed. | simon gordon
19/11/2007 22:36 | from the other BNLN thread....3 weeks ago....albeit before results but long since the delta t aquisition are you also having trouble with the old cognitive dissonance Simon? simon gordon - 25 Oct'07 - 16:59 - 44 of 46 Hi Surfer, It all looks very positive. The share price started to really crumble after the CEO was replaced at Delta-T. BNLN are in a closed period so it will be clarified with the Finals. Growth prospects look terrific. A solid secular growth play, that has a fairly low rating. I am hoping for £3.00 by Xmas - it could happen by this time next week!! | surfer2
19/11/2007 20:54 | Ok Simon , time will tell you can keep posting , just ask my permission first ok ? (: good fortune to you too. | surfer2 |
