PT - at quick glance looks v.interesting but have couple of queries if u know
the stock
* seems similar to travel business in that our profitablity is very biased to plane/hotel >> load factors/occupancy.Could not see any figs anywhere on the sites i looked at that show their % occ which must be a major factor in their profitablity.
* didnt quite understand that restatement provision for £220k.

is this ur industry??

All 3 are subs of Airways Charitable Trust Limited and yes they would be the beneficial owners.

PT - mant tks for above
- have been mooching around various sites (theirs is very int) and note that the directors don't seem committed enough to hold (couple of K each)- but keeps throwing up references to some charities that own/sold stock
ACG dev plc / ACG rented props plc / The Airways Housing Trust ......

are these the real beneficial owners ??

Just looking at this company for the first time today, anyone know anything or want to say anything bullish / bearish about the stock?

Basepoint are looking strong following strong results. Innovation centre concept seems to be successful and company making slow, but steady progress. With net assets over £1.60 the share price probably has relatively little downside. Any views on this company for the rest of the year?
