12/6/2007 12:08 | Thanks for the interesting posts recently. Never been in this situation before and wondered whether someone could be kind enough to offer an idiots guide. 1) Consolidating shares from 1 to £10, what does that mean in practise? 2) What do we need to do regarding share certificates etc. Thanks in advance. | morr21
12/6/2007 11:27 | There is of course one way of making them take notice (because I bet they're not prepared for it), but you would need rather a lot of distributed computers ;-) | yump
12/6/2007 11:07 | Haven't had anything from TDWH yet. The company may be right in asserting that the reconstruction needs to done on the basis of certificated holdings, as otherwise they don't know who the shareholders are/how many they actualy hold. I think TDWH would charge me £25 or so to make my shares certificated, so I'd probably do that. A cynic might of course observe that many small shareholders might not bother and so be caught out... | wiganer
12/6/2007 10:32 | Wiganer, Have you received anything yet? I would appreciate your thoughts on what appears to be proposed in order to clarify a potential issue. Are shares held in CREST (i.e. uncertified form) considered as 'deferred shares' and not Ordinary shares (be it in uncertified form)? If so, and Lee Lochab considers that is my case (via email), it would appear that they are offering 1p for a deferred share holding, irrespective of the number within that holding.. (para 7, section 2 as below) 'In addition, and as part of the Capital reorganisation any shareholder holding only Deferred Shares in the company on completion of the transfer of the existing deferred shares will no longer be a shareholder in the company but they, along with any other holder of existing deferred shares, will be entitled to recieve the sum of 1p for their holding of existing deferred shares, irrespective of he number they hold.....' i am sure I must have misunderstood the details as set out but would appreciate your thoughts. yours questioningly, DL | davidlloyd
11/6/2007 12:15 | Wiggy, we've all got a few dogs we're stuck with, bought C&W years ago at £8.50 then bailed out at £3.75, they went to 70p ish now £2 ish, what a disgrace of a coy, they had £3 bill in the bank and wasted it all, good luck. | thehairydagger
11/6/2007 12:08 | thd We only hold because it got delisted and we're stuck with 'em! Luckily I sold 85% of my holding not long before delisting, for a chunky loss. The loss hurt, but not as bad as if I'd held onto the lot. I don't hold out huge prospects for a return from the few I still hold. I hope for the sake of larger holders that I'm wrong. | wiganer
11/6/2007 11:59 | TDWH are normally pretty good about such things, so I'll give it a couple of days first. | wiganer
11/6/2007 11:50 | Wiganer, Interesting, as mine are also in nominee account (Square Gain) - yet I still received stuff. Worth a chase. DL | davidlloyd
11/6/2007 09:51 | Nope. My shares are held via TDWH as nominess, so I will chase up with them if nothing received this week. Thanks for flagging up. | wiganer
11/6/2007 09:35 | Morning all, Did everyone still holding receive the circular to shareholders over the weekend relating to capital reorganisation , reregistration as Private company etc.?? They propose consolidating shares from 1p to £10 (1000 to 1) to remove small holders of shares and reduce the number of shareholders by 82% to 734. DL | davidlloyd
27/5/2007 17:21 | Is there any research on the possible correlation between suspensions and f-all for shareholders, and CEO appearances in the social columns? Does Hello! Magazine equate to near perfect correlation? How does the graph re. nightclubs trend? Doubtless someone could wangle some public money as sponsorship for research into this vital issue of capital protection. | edmondj
27/5/2007 13:42 | graphos sadly that sounds familar of so many...its called greed! someone has to finance waynes lifestyle. | sack of spuds
17/5/2007 09:57 | As usual they haven't responded to my very recent enquiries about this, but they still call and suggest I keep spending on my Bartercard. Once I have a zero balance on my card I'm going to close my account - as an organisation they're useless at handling enquiries apart from when it involves them taking a trade commission. | graphos
16/5/2007 13:23 | Nothing paid out to date and no news about Nomad case - anybody here been talking to the company lately? | aporterman

22/4/2007 21:27 | N Y - Hi I feel that even if an award is made by the Nomad - we ex shareholders will not receive a penny. If I am proved wrong I'll make a donation to my favourite charity, the RNLI. Regards. DYOR. | james dean
21/4/2007 17:02 | Website updated again....more useful info. I am very disappointed we got delisted at time when company released multiple positive RNSs, which would have increased share price I just hope we will get back on the market soon although given their experience, I doubt it will be in the near future unless NOMAD claim is successful. | ngen yap
18/4/2007 17:25 | LOL, I've got 12 of these shares after they were medi @ invest !! I just like looking at the 0.0 worth in my portfolio. Written off a long time ago but is still a complete farce. | scotty1967

03/4/2007 17:12 | I think I've got about 69 of these shares from when they were PCM?, I notice reading about the sale of the Oz HQ they promised a share of the proceeds to shareholders. Did that ever happen? | martin036 |
