11/10/2019 12:25 | If you owned the shares @ COP on Wednesday you get the dividend. | hawaly
11/10/2019 12:14 | Type Declare ExDiv Record Payment Div p/s Q4 04/09 10/10 11/10 05/11 19.5 Spec 04/09 10/10 11/10 05/11 17.3 | vatteton
11/10/2019 12:13 | You have already got the dividend. | woodhawk
11/10/2019 12:10 | So if you sell today you don't get the dividend | casino444
11/10/2019 11:46 | Record date is today | vatteton
11/10/2019 11:19 | Hi , does anyone know ,the record date for the dividend I know the ex div date was the 10th | casino444
11/10/2019 10:38 | wow the sipp's on fire today, housebuilders, banks & insurers! Lets hope this is just the start of a brexit resolution uptrend | elpirata
11/10/2019 10:31 | I hope this doesn't turn out to be "irrational exhuberance". GLA - watch the news..... | hawaly
11/10/2019 10:20 | today's price action has practically "eaten" the divi now. This highly prosperous and successful company remains on a very modest multiple. | undervaluedassets
10/10/2019 14:54 | A company with no debts is not going bust. Last time I looked it had a good land bank and 1Bn in cash. It has enough money to deliver its own shared equity scheme post HTB. | minerve 2
10/10/2019 14:48 | Porsche its gone ex divi for 38p.You also called it at 120p last year and we are still waiting.Don't know when this was ever 12 quid but the lowest was around 40p. Not holding having sold a while ago at 617p so missed the rise to 650p.I sold a few others DLG among others to cash up for the supposed impending gloom. Some times it pays off some times not. With hindsight i may just as well held everything up to now. | shauney2
10/10/2019 14:38 | XD .. I forgot. by my calculations, it is slightly up on the discounting the div | undervaluedassets
10/10/2019 12:45 | Jeez this really goes down the shxtter on ex dividend, Woodford about to become a forced seller too which wont help either. Biggest risk apart from brexit meltdown is Labour Gov and the ending of the daft help to sell scheme which is propping all these up, without that these are back to sub 4 quid. Last recession from 12 quid to .98p in 18 months, before anyone starts trying to give me a lecture. | porsche1945
09/10/2019 10:11 | XD tomorrow | orchestralis
03/10/2019 18:07 | Thanks mate! DYOR C7 | cautious7
03/10/2019 15:23 | Yea 36.8p I believe | gimmethefax
01/10/2019 16:05 | The final and the special div - is it close to 38p? TIA | cautious7
01/10/2019 11:00 | just bought in for the dividend, but reading the results makes formidable reading and excellent prospects for the future....may stay a while.. | killman2
27/9/2019 11:02 | Well if the share price didn't drop after the dividend I'd buy up as much as I could, take the dividend and then sell for a risk free profit. So yes all other things being equal the share price will drop by the amount of the dividend. | pigeonfeeder
27/9/2019 08:55 | I expect it will drop, but then hopefully recover. | orchestralis
26/9/2019 21:08 | Yes. Do you expect a large drop in share price straight after? I am unsure how many people I think will be considering dropping after ex-div, due to Brexit related uncertainty. Results were excellent though. | gimmethefax
26/9/2019 17:36 | Ex div soon. | orchestralis
05/9/2019 04:52 | amazing results.. and what is the yield here now? the best part of 8% ? the forward sales looked great too. Am not invested here but find the market reaction obtuse. | undervaluedassets
04/9/2019 13:04 | Take the divi, Chuck it back in, long term all good | tfergi
04/9/2019 12:53 | Todays reaction to a truly stunning set of results illustrates the nervousness in the market over the housing market and the builders. I expect there to be more cost inflation than they can pass on but the margins currently are way beyond anything previously thought achievable so does it really matter. And demand for new houses will hold up whatever | makinbuks |
